到了風景館馬上有咖啡、點心可用,覺得很溫暖!
第二天早上接駁車太早載我們到小布施駅。

The staff here was superb! They went out of their way to accommodate us when we made a transportation error — not only coming to pick us up at Nagano Station but also holding dinner for us despite our very late arrival. This was the best and kindest customer service we have ever received. Once there, we were impressed by the incredible meals (both dinner and breakfast)! Impeccable detail, delicious flavor, beautiful presentation and a wonderful variety of local foods. This was one of our favorite meals ever (and we have eaten in some special places). After dinner we were able to enjoy a private onsen — one for my husband and me, one for the three teenagers. Everything about Fukeikan made me want to come back again, and I hope I don’t have to wait too long to do so.
Nothing!

The snowy mountain view was just amazing. The private onsen was hot but having a dip in the cold winter with the amazing outdoor view was heavenly, there were two private onsens that you can book at the counter. I had the best kaiseki dinner here, the chef went all out on my second night on each dish. they were as beautifully done as they were delicious. They catered really well to my dietary needs which I have requested before coming. There is a coffee machine at the lobby where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room is comfortable, the heater warmed up the room just fine. There is a new cafe nearby the ryokan where I had a good cup of coffee, lunch and cake afterwards. The staff was wonderful and you can feel the warmth and their sincerity as they tried really hard to communicate with me and make sure I am comfortable despite the language barrier.
Nothing, it was perfect

The room is spacious with the amazing mountainous view outside. I especially like that you can place your pc on the windowsill and work there (instead of the low table for those not good with Japanese sitting style). The facility has everything it needs as a Ryokan like a good relaxing lounge after enjoying the onsen with milk and other drinks. Like other ryokans in Takayama, you can visit some other onsens on the street if you have an extended stay.
Maybe personal thoughts but the onsen is a bit too hot for us. Otherwise we really like this facility in overall.
