歩いて大和ミュージアムや大型ショッピングモールにも行けたので便利でした。車で行きましたが、電車で行っても駅近なので宿泊しやすいと思います。

Location was close station and easy to get to the attractions I wanted to go to.
Room and bathroom a bit small. Breakfast area a bit bare.

The hotel and staff were amazing
Being 197cms or 6 foot 4 inches tall I struggled to fit in the shower, but it was still not too bad

The staff were nice
Close to the station and port.
Tiny, tiny room with no view as there is currently construction materiel around it. And it seems kind of stingy. Often the companies who run these sort of businesses are intent on cutting expenses to the bone. It's kind of greedy in my opinion and most travellers I don't think like that style at all.

good value. staff was efficient.
typical no frills Japanese business hotel. a little cramped.

Hotel is in a great location near the Kure eki and walkable to nearby restaurants, shopping departments (YouMe and Uniqlo/Daiso), as well the Yamato Museum. My recommendation would not purchase the breakfast package and instead make that decision in the mornings depending on my appetite. The toast and rice/miso soup was ok, otherwise, I would prefer to pick up morning snacks at the nearby stores instead. I appreciate the accessible coffee and tea station, and the amenities such as leg pillows!
Washrooms are loud in the guest rooms with the plumbing not insulated from sound otherwise, rooms are quiet from each other and outside. One complaint, not really the fault of the hotel, (and also different smoking regulations in countries compared to where we're from) the smoking outside the hotel entrance doors only sucks the smoke into reception and cafeteria space making it difficult to be in that main floor area.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

The location is perfect, right next to the Kure station. It also comes with complimentary breakfast, with freshly-blended juice every day.
The room size is small, but it’s the regular type in Japan.

Location, next to the train station!
The trains were a bit loud, but it was not that much of a problem
2.5
the location was great. complimentary coffee was good.
since the price wasn’t as cheap compared to hotels in larger metro areas I was expecting for the room to be more spacious. Unfortunately it was as small as what you would find in larger cities, but similar in pricing.

Room was smaller than expected, but only needed for sleeping so not bad.
Breakfast was ... coffee, boiled eggs ( the scrambled eggs looked soft and runny, maybe a cultural thing) and sausages
Room was too warm, and had to sleep with my blankets off despite turning temp to lowest setting. Temp controls all in Japanese, tv totally Japanese, offered bilingual, but instructions in Japanese.
They dropped off fresh towels, and toiletries daily, loved the small but, very deep tub. Laundry, vending machines, and ice machine, just down the hall and convenient. Hotel was close to all places. WiFi rocked, wifi better than Starbucks.. was a big plus.
Breakfast.... but was ok because I usually eat boiled eggs and bacon, with coffee.
should have Instructions in English to operate TV, and air conditioning... sign in lobby said to that they were in warm up season and to place air to ventilate... but like I said, no English plate to figure it out.
TV was totally Japanese, so was unable to get the bilingual to work, lucky I had my computer with Netflix, and awesome wifi.
