駅から近い。コンビニが近くにある。

口コミにも書かれていなかった注意点を記載します。まず、スタッフはおらず24時間無人です。チェックイン時宿泊者全員の個人情報を、受付に置かれたiPadに入力。予約番号を入れても名前が出て来ず、置いてある電話の子機でスタッフにかけました。向こうから情報を送信してもらいやっとひとり入力しましたが、残りは入力できず。交渉してとりあえず部屋に入らせてもらいました。最初ホテルを探していると偶然裏道に入ってしまったのですが、築50年以上は経ってそうなボロボロの雑居ビルで、それの中を改装しているホテルです。中は改装してるのでそこまで分かりませんが、一部壁が剥がれていたりお風呂の排水溝の流れが悪く、こういうところでも古い建物なのがわかります。24時間無人なので、何かあれば受付の子機から連絡しなくてはならず、不便です。その際いちいち「どこのホテルですか？」と聞かれるので、いくつかのホテルの総合受付で電話待機の人がいてる感じです。外人らしき話し方の人もいました。1階にトイレがあるようで、それを知っている？人がトイレを利用していました。誰でも入って来れるし客室まで来ることも可能なのでセキュリティが不安。フロントが24時間無人ということを考えると、この料金は割高に思います。部屋は広くてゆったりしていてリビングにソファがあったのでくつろげましたが、ラブホテルのような感じ。食器は大きめのお皿とマグカップがあり。冷蔵庫もそこそこの大きさで、食材の保存にも◎。冷凍庫もしっかりあり。あと洗濯機ありです。スタッフが不在で24時間無人ということで、どう捉えるかは個人によると思います。寝るだけというならビジネスホテルの方がいいのではないでしょうか。

Modern and spacious room in a good location. Please know that the room is dark and there’s no luggage storage after you

Modern and spacious unit near Hiroshima station. It was very clean and comfy, the TV is compatible with Netflix.

Property is dark and it’s hard to see inside at night, I know it’s part of the concept but worth knowing in advance; no luggage checkout option after checkout.

It’s a no from us

Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist top, gerade wenn man nachts ankommt.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Schlechter Geruch, superlaute Lüftung, ließ sich nicht abstellen, kein Concierge, weder morgens noch abends, abgewohnte Möbel, kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Auschecken um 10 Uhr. War ganz bestimmt keine Suite und sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos.

Highly recomemded for family or a larger group.

It was very close to Hiroshima station. The Toilet was excellent! The beds are comfortable. the futton beds were the real treat for the kids, it was a bit of an authentic Japanese experience.

The bed I was in had a sky light. It was difficult to sleep at first due to the light. the washer and dryer were not easy to use, they were unconventional..

A lovely little place but hidden away.

I loved the interior design of the place. It was compact but it felt roomy and comfortable.

When you book in you are given a code for the door. Unfortunately ours didn’t work, but we thought it was because we arrived before our book in time. We went out shopping until 3 pm but the code still wouldn’t work. With nobody on the front desk we had to use the phone to call someone. We don’t speak very good Japanese and they didn’t speak good English, but we got a new code and finally got in.

Disappointing

There was plenty of room , the shower , kitchen , beds , all furniture was top class and new. The location was very central and close to the train station had the soundproofing been better.

There was a smell in the apartment the entire time , we opened the windows and had the extraction fan on to clear it but it remained. The noise made it hard to sleep , we were right beside the train station which was great for traveling but the windows were not sound proofed at all so we could hear every train and every noise people from the bars and restaurants behind the building made.

Will be staying at this place everytime i visit Hiroshima.

It was a big spacious room with a big shower and tub. I really loved the big smart TV too because it was perfect for a movie and you could watch Netflix, Disney+, Apple tv, and more. The beds were very big and comfortable and there were multiple pillows.

The A/C unit did not work due to a potentially dirty filter.

Exactly like the pictures

Spacious, comfortable, close to the train station. Was exactly like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Small hotel sign and entry way... initially couldn't find it. Construction at Hiroshima station made it impossible using GPS. Confusing check in and bathroom lighting was dark.

Big spacious room

Hard to find the exact location, floor, and how to open the door. Must send the detail information in email beforehand. I mistakenly choose Japanese type room instead of western type.

We landed up early but the staff was more than willing to let us check in. Room was ready and welcoming. Also, there was an issue with rates and a difference i was required to pay but I could not transfer the money on account of my card not working on their site and them not having an international payment gateway. This issue was handled with a lot of grace and and understanding by the property

Google map was not able to locate the property clearly, took us a while of walking around till we realized we were behind in the property in the little lanes while the property itself is on the main road

Overpriced but spacious and close to Hiroshima station

Located very close to Hiroshima station - a 5 mins walk. Clean with kitchenette, spacious room for a family of four.

Whilst the location is close to Hiroshima station, it is also on the main road (noisy). At the time of staying there was no elevator service from 1F (though renovations were in progress to allow this). Apart from the signage outside, there was no directions as to where reception was (5F) and the phone support went to another location, not the property itself. Although spacious, the price paid per night did not reflect the standard of property and service we expected.

The room was huge for the price and it was a great spot by the train station.

Luxury at a great price only 1 min walk from station.

The rooms were huge. Booked for 7 people and the 2 toilets were so handy. Huge bathroom, huge living room, plenty of beds and 1 min from Hiroshima station. Plenty of authentic Japanese food on the same block too.

Need to lug bags up to 2nd floor to access lift which is tight but not a big deal. Room more than makes up for little inconvenience.

Lots of Room Great Location

100 metres from Hiroshima Station Easy to find close to Train Tram and bus terminal huge choice of local places to eat. The property is large has been renovated with modern appliances air con etc very good after staying in typical Japanese 12 to 15 sq metre hotels for two weeks.
