Everything - location, accomodation and especially very nice people.
Not a single thing to complain about.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The owners printed out our flight booking at no extra charge. A wonderful stay, with a lovely balcony.
Everything with the hotel was fine. However, there were no ATMs near by. So be sure to bring cash in case you have a need for it.

Location 30 meters from the sea
Weak wifi, no kettle in the kitchen, the cooker doesn't work properly, old fashioned

Nice small hotel, beachfront. Clean. I have booked a room on the ground floor and it is nice to have direct access on the terace. The bed us comfortable and they have separate duvets on a double bed, extremely important 😁
In general, there are small things that can improve the rating, like a water kettle, for example. The stove is old and takes ages to warm water for coffee. The water was leaking from the toalet, making the rather small bathroom difficult to keep clean. Minor and rather cheep improvements. In general we liked it, and we would book it again

Location is great. The room has a large balcony with a sea view. The hotel employes are really nice and everything is clean and tidy.
The room is small and the bathroom is small with a small and impractical shower.

Location is perfect, right beside the beach and nearby restaurants.
Very polite lady at the reception.
Would stay again.
We were out of season so not to much people around. Hotel needs a little bit maintenance especially with the quilts otherwise everything is as expected.

I like only location, but it doesn't matter to hotel
disappointed, nothing matches with picture or description. The room was very moody, not clean, wifi wasn't in room, it was available only in cafeteria outside of hotel. We waited 2 hours until the room was ready.

There is nothing that I liked.
Beach: - it’s not a beach, it’a a dumpster place, littered with sea weed, all kinds of debris, cigarette butts, never cleaned, health hazard. The water was full of sea weed and polluted.
Room: I have to admit, very clean, but first day I got a blanket with urine stains. From sewer drain in the bathroom, foul smell was spreading. AC was positioned in weird way. From somebody’s back yard below my room a big dog was barking all the night, when they usually let him out.
Unruly guest were loud on their terraces, pet dogs barking from the rooms, nobody of hotel staff to take care of order.
Hotel staff not very much in hospitality industry, even the owner himself.
Poor English skills and poor manners, especially from Greek tourists. They were saying, not heard only once, we are from Greece, we live here and we can do whatever we want.
Good for you, that’s why, you’ll never see me again!
Location: very good for shuttle tourists, close to the airport, but not a vacation spot.
Everything I’ve already described.
My advise to the owner: instead of playing the board game all day in the shadow, get up and clean the beach, take care of order in the hotel. There is no security in the hotel during the night. They simply lock up the door and leave.
Stop doing the business in “your” old fashioned way, you think is hospitality.

Excellent location right next to the beach. A store is 3 streets away. We ate fresh fish and a great Cretan salad at the Anemos tavern (http://anemos-restaurant.gr/el/) and an excellent stuffed squid at the Nice View tavern. You can reach Thessaloniki by ferry (I have attached the schedule). You can pay by card or cash directly on the ship. If you leave at 9:30 a.m. from Agia Triada and want to return by ferry the same day, you will have to board at 2:00 p.m. from Thessaloniki - White Tower (it is the last trip for Agia Triada). The sunbed in front of the hotel is 5 Eur and you can have a drink with this money.
Unstable internet, small room with classic furniture and doors that close noisily. Hot water comes harder so don't lose your patience. The sewerage smells a bit, so I recommend keeping the bathroom window open. A kettle would be nice to have in the room besides the two glasses.

Very nice place! Hospitable and friendly staff which met us in the night, on 2 am. Also had some drinks together. The water was warm in August. Clear place. The hotel is very close to the beach, also there are public buses which are going to Salonic
