This is the best place we've ever visited. It was great! Very nice host.

Everything was more than perfect! Lovely house, beautiful view, private beach, friendly owners!
The house is really great, spacious, clean, with all needed amenities. The interior is very nice in typical Greek style of village house and the area outside is very quiet, with fantastic view of the sea. The owners are very kind and friendly!
Our family had perfect vacation! Highly recommend the place!

If you plan to go every night to parties and restaurants, you don't want to cook and you will only use the houses for sleeping, this is your place! The view is really great, the beach is 300 meters away indeed and you have everything you need for entertainment. The owner is very kind, helpful and quick to respond but both houses Villa Iviritiko (Stonehouse Boutique & Holiday home) are not suitable for people with children or who want a quiet and peaceful family holiday! (and some inaccuracies in the description of the villas misled us into thinking that they are such)
The Stonehouse Boutique is not fully separate but is part of the owners’ house and has shared internal windows on the ceiling of the guest`s living room and if you sleep there (on the sofa bed) you see the owner's lights on the ceiling at night. "Oven" in the Stonehouse Boutique`s description means a Microwave oven, i.e. no real oven! There is also a Stovetop, but it limits cooking as well. Wе were with small kids and the lack of a normal stove stressed us out. There is no Еlectric kettle, no Indoor Dining table, no Washing machine, the kitchen utensils lack a normal cooking knife. There are no two normal bedrooms - one is with a glass door, i.e. if somebody is staying in the living room at night, he must turn off the lamp at the moment when the people in this bedroom want to go to bed - everything is visible, so changing clothes is also a problem! Also, there is no locker or wardrobe in this bedroom, so no place for your cloths! There is a free dog in the yard, which was a very nice and smart young animal, but without any habits and control from the owners - in its joy, it often jumped on the backs of our children and knocked them to the ground, which stressed them out immensely, our shouts to stop didn't really affect it. Our shoes left on the porch were chewed by it several times (until we learned to leave them high) and some of them were damaged. This dog was barking all night under our windows along with the other dogs living around (some of them homeless) and we couldn't sleep any night. This continued throughout our 2-week stay. The nearby Vulitsa beach is noisy too, there are parties almost every night to 4-5 a.m., so if the dog doesn't bother you, the super loud beat from the beach will definitely do it. The Wi-Fi in both houses was very unstable. To his credit, the owner was very responsive and helped us solve the problem.

If you plan to go every night to parties and restaurants, you don't have kids and you will only stay in the house during the day, this is your place! Тhe owner is very kind, helpful and quick to respond. The view is great, the beach is 300 meters away indeed and you have everything you need for entertainment.
There is no Еlectric kettle, no Dishwasher and the kitchen utensils lack a normal cooking knife. Our main problem was the presence of a free dog in the yard, which was a very nice and smart young animal, but without any habits and control from the owners - in its joy, it often jumped on the backs of our children (4 and 5 years old) and knocked them to the ground, which stressed them out immensely, our shouts to the dog to stop didn't really affect it. Our shoes left on the porch were chewed by it several times (until we learned to leave them high) and some of them were damaged. This dog was barking all night under our windows along with the other dogs living around (some of them homeless) and we couldn't sleep any night. This continued throughout our 2-week stay. Аpparently the owners think that this noise created by their pet is not a problem for their guests, because they did not bring their dog inside the house at night so that it would not bark. The nearby Vulitsa beach should also be taken into account regarding noise at night, because there are parties almost every night from 11 p.m. to 3,4,5 a.m., so if the dog doesn't bother you, the super loud beat from the beach will definitely do it.
The Wi-Fi was very unstable. To his credit, the owner was very responsive and helped us solve the problem in every way. It took him a couple of days but he was very active in fixing the problem which turned out to be a technical issue of the ISP so that we weren’t left without internet for long.

Fantastic house superb quality. Beautiful surroundings. Two beaches within 10 min walk. One completely deserted the other one with restaurant/ beach bar/ facilities etc. worth staying in the Bungalow to admired the superb ceiling with the exposed beams/ woodwork!
Too much barking in the middle of one night.

Difficult to find the place upon arrival.

We were mislead from the host with the pictures of the property, which is not the property we stayed. No WIFI,no washing machine.Much smaller and a lot of spiders inside. The actual villa from the pictures is the place where the host seems to live with his family

The pictures are misleading. There is no seaview. 1/3 of the pictures are taken from the terrace/ living room of the owner. The rented out apartment is adjoinend to his main house. You are not getting the main house with spacious living room and sea-view. It leaves one with the feeling of being misled.

Amazing view from the yard - the property is on the top of the hill. Beautiful gazebo offering endless panorama of the surrounding area - sea, mountains, sunset. Private beach with sunbeds in few steps, nice less crowded beaches nearby, crystal water, nice restaurants. Very close to the village and beaches with bars and in the same time private and calm.
Petros is very kind, everything needed in the guest house, many beautiful details.
