Ottima colazione, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima location.

The facilities were exceptional and the staff were amazing. Absolutely loved the restaurants that served an amazing array of local cuisines. Also enjoyed the gym facilities.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location was great as well. Transportation can be provided from places to places with the fee.
It was a great stay. However, I got many mosquito bites despite the bug repellent spray.

The personnel are outstanding. Specifically the general manager. She truly cares about her work. Made us feel like family and just felt very natural and authentic. I think her stamp is felt on most of the personnel and throughout the hotel. The hotel is authentic and has a cool history and is very detail oriented. Everything is tastefully done without making it frou-frou. We asked for a dinner at the restaurant the first night and the waiter was amazing as well as the food. The second nigh we had a romantic dinner organized in their private garden and they just went above and beyond with every detail, from the candles, to the flowers, to the music and the food! They even planned a really sweet surprise!
The room was nicely decorated and spacious. Swimming pool area is nice and really calm and private. The breakfast was really good, very home made and fresh.
The location was not perfect. The city where it is located is small and without any particular interest. Building from outside is not so impressive.
The bar next to the swimming pool could be improved- it looks very modern and doesn’t go well with the rest of the decoration of the hotel.
The spa could be improved too.

Decor, staff (especially management) food, and amenities were all first rate.
Façade belies the gem that’s inside. but that’s part of the wonderful surprise. I

Beautiful property with very friendly and helpful staff that aim to please. Absolutely stunning large pool with a lovely garden surrounding it. Terrific customer service from a staff that really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
The on-site restaurant requires that you choose/confirm your meal the night in advance or at the very least the morning of. I very much appreciate and respect their goals to prevent food waste but having to decide what you want for dinner that early in advance does not work for everyone all the time and definitely did not suit us.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Especially the concierge/reception staff was so welcoming, helpful, pleasant, they went the extra mile all the time - a true example to follow for any 5 star hotel, this was the best service Ive bad in years.
The place is beautiful, the room was large, the pool was nice, the facilities were great
The only thing I didnt love and that I think there is room for improvement is the food: eggs and options for breakfast, more variety for lunch/dinner, more options for drinks as well.

This small, intimate hotel will go down in our memory as one of the best ever! Staff are top notch attending to your every need e.g. texting me with restaurant options when out sightseeing, recommending off the beaten path artisans to visit. We enjoyed an excellent dinner designed for us by the chef of all the local specialities. Superb. The pool area is lovely and breakfast delicious and copious. The staff upgraded us to a suite and gave us a parting gift. It is a historic property that has been carefully renovated and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about it and will go back asap!
There wasn't a thing I didn't like. Attention to detail and room design is perfect e.g. a box of tissues is impossible to find in Italian hotels but they had them, and they are environmentally conscious giving us the choice to change linens which I very much appreciate.

This is a magical spot. A gorgeous renovated palazzo set in a well maintained, pretty walled garden with a relaxing pool area. This is a peaceful location in a small town. A great jumping off point to explore the area. Some beautiful spots fairly close by - Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Tri Case Porto.
Our rooms were lovely, quiet and tastefully decorated - very comfortable beds and modern bathroom with spa like shower.
The staff were wonderful, kind and very welcoming. They did everything they could to make our stay memorable.
We ate a delicious breakfast in the garden each morning. Dinner can be enjoyed in the garden or a historic dining room. There are also some wonderful restaurants in town.
We were sad to leave. We loved our stay.

A beautifully restored place.
The pool area was lovely, peaceful and comfortable. The pool loungers were plentiful with plush cushions.
The staff were exceptional, helpful, friendly and professional
The breakfast was excellent with lots of regional specialities
The bedroom was a little short on storage. The cost of food and beverages were extremely high. Which was such a shame, because the chef was excellent, the cost put a lot of people off from dining there
