The property was great. It was spacious and clean.

Property was very clean with lots of room. Easily accommodating all 10 guests. Some of the beds & couches were very soft & worn down but nonetheless served their purpose. SpringBrook kept in touch by sending numerous text messages making sure all needs were fulfilled. Overall my group had a great time & we made lots of great memories here! I would recommend this property & would also revisit in the future.

All was good. Except the glasses in the cupboard were dirty, I know this wasn’t your fault apparently the people before us must have put them away dirty. Silverware was dirty also. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub, nice size! Lots of beds, that was nice! We enjoyed using the pool table and dart board also!

Very clean and accessible home right at golf course. Fit our group perfectly with amount of beds/rooms. Although we did not use the kitchen it is well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage.
Only issue was pool table is not great. Note we are all avid pool players and were there for tournaments in town. Also look up a car show called Automotion. This was happening and the constant custom car noise was disturbing as this home is on a busier corner that cars utilized.

We had an amazing stay! The entire cabin was spotless, enough room for everyone, and beautiful wood work throughout! Five minutes away from Walmart so that was really convenient also. Would stay again, and totally recommend!

My friends and I stayed at this home for a ski trip at Cascade. It was great and had almost everything you needed. Very clean and the eagle's nest theme was amazing. The only complaint that I have is that a lot of the rooms did not have locks/ or working locks on them. including 2/3 of the bathrooms. Once locks are added, I would give this place a 5 stars

The home was pretty close to what was advertised, except for numerous carpet stains throughout the home, a broken couch and sunken beds.

Hidden Paradise in the Dells
The entire property was a gem. The house was beautiful and spacious for all 15 of us. Enjoyed the gazebo and fire pit and pool table. There were lots of dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. We played golf and enjoyed the swimming pool and the awesome pool staff. The only recommendation would be to update a couple of the beds as they need some slats and a new foundation. Other than that, I would highly recommend Eagle's Nest at Spring Brook. We had an amazing vacation!!

Overall, good. A few hiccups.
Overall, we loved the place. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Very clean. Most everything was there as advertised. We loved the gazebo and having access to a fire pit area. We loved the location which is right across from the pool and Spring Brook Bar and Grill. It was so nice to have great fishing access in the back yard. Also loved the swing on the porch.
We did have a few hiccups. The landscaping needed a lot of help; grass was not mowed and pretty over grown weeds are pins the property- wasn’t a big deal but it was noticeable.
Bigger hiccup was not having a working dryer for 11 people. We had to have the maintenance people out twice and it still didn’t work. However the Spring Brook crew did allow us access to a condo nearby (we did have to drive there) to dry our clothes. A manager was to call my husband back but never did.
There was not a fusball game as pictured.
Other than that, great place. We would rent again.

Clerks were very polite
House was nice to stay in. However, the WIFI didnt work. It turns off and on so we didnt even have internet. There were no condiments for food and barely any trash bags for trash so ended up buying those stuff our own. Fireplace didnt work. And the cable for tv was terrible. It had no menu to know what channels were what.

Great house for the weekend!
We had a bachelor party here and everything was great! Enough beds and seating for everyone and a great entertainment space in the basement. The backyard was also very nice with the large gazebo and fire pit area. I would recommend this house to anyone! Only downfall was the inconsistent hvac, we had to shut it completely off to get it to stop running (maybe the thermostats are bad).

We did send a review a few days ago and hopefully you received it. Please let us know either way and if you did not receive it we will resubmit it. But to recap... this property has great Street appeal and is conveniently located to Dells attractions. We enjoyed the Gazebo and the fire pit and appreciated adequate indoor seating for our group of 15 at meals.. one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, there was not enough silverware for more than one meal! Especially disgusting was the filthy and stained living room furniture (the couch also had a gaping hole with the stuffing coming out)! We avoided sitting on that furniture. Equally disturbing was the filthy and stained carpet. The oven was inconsistent and repeatedly turned off while baking, the kitchen garbage can had a broken lid that didnt function, the kitchen clock that didnt work despite new batteries, the missing sliding screen door to the back deck, the hockey table which is worn out and doesnt work properly and the general temp of the house which was impossible to control... Freezing downstairs and hot upstairs. We were told the essentials would be provided which were to include toilet paper, Kleenex, garbage bags and hand and dish soap. Unfortunately, they didnt stock the house with enough for 15 for 4 nights so we had to make frequent trips to the office for supplies which was very annoying and inconvenient. There was an empty dish washing wand but no soap to fill it. Also, only one washcloth and towel for the kitchen for 5 days and 15 people. Also inconvenient is the late check-in (4 p.m.) and early check out (10 a.m.) policy. Because of this, you really only have 3 days there instead of 5. The housekeeping in general was quite poor. We found windows and mirrors with fingerprints, dusty lamps, furniture and blinds, food particles on refrigerator door and dirty wooden floors (not sure they were scrubbed between tenants)! VERY unacceptable. When you pay a significant amount, you expect cleanliness at the very least. My recommendation would be to hire a different and better housekeeping service and for the owners to replace the carpets and living room furniture, find a way to regulate the heat/cooling, repair the oven and replace the garbage can, screen door, hockey table and kitchen clock. Also would suggest stocking the house with the appropriate amount of essentials. Would not recommend this property. It is not worth the money.

We had an enjoyable experience despite our subpar accommodations.

Great House for a large group!!!!
Stayed here with 10 guys for a snowboarding trip. Everything was clean and functioning and there were plenty of places for all of us to sleep. It was great Wisconsin ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.

Needs improvement
Outside looks ok. One remote of the 6 TV;'s actually worked. The thermostat is stuck at 62 degrees so we all froze in July. On top of that, the stair case is not up to code and each step is not deep enough and can be very challenging for young kids and older adults.

Great floor plan, deficient in the details
My family loved the open floor plan and the number of bedrooms meant that we could all have a great time together. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook in all week. (To the previous reviewer, they now have several dish sponges.) The yard had ample space for all sorts of lawn games. Our favorite part was the gazebo, which was large enough for over a dozen.
On the negative side, the home is showing lots of wear and tear. The gas grill needed replacing, which the resort was happy to do. The large basement TV emits a loud buzz and the remote didn't work. The back sliding glass door must be broken as well. It worked, but it was nearly a Herculean effort to open and close it. The back sliding screen door was bent and didn't close properly. The living room has a hide-a-bed, but as a couch I found myself avoiding it because it sunk down so far. While every room in the house seems to have a TV, only one (in the upstairs master bedroom) is HD. Those are at least the major complaints.
The resort provided excellent service, but the home's owner should address some clear maintenance needs.

Beautiful Home & Great Staff
We stayed here for a weekend get-away in the Dells with (5) small size families. The size of the home was perfect with plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with almost everything you needed. Only thing lacking was a sponge for washing dishes and paper towels. There is a dishwasher but would have been handy to have a sponge to quickly wash a few dishes. The home itself was beautiful with all the wood work and decor. Its situated kiddy-corner from the indoor pool which made it very convenient. The kids loved the backyard area and the game room in the basement. The staff was great to work with and helped answer all and any questions we had. The drive to the Dells resort area was less then 10 minutes away. We would most definitely recommend this home for other renters and would love to come back again!
