Not recommended

We reserved and paid a triple room. We got a double room, totally dirty from previous user.

The beds are uncomfortable and the arrival wasn't very welcoming. The room was dirty. Hairs, garbage and dirtiness from the previous customer in the room and the toilet.

The owner and her family were so very polite, made us feel like home. The room was very clean, there was plenty of hot water and easy parking in front of the house. I would definitely suggest it!

I recommend this B&B highly.

Lovely people own and operate this establishment. Nice kitchen. Clean beds and linen as well as towels. It snowed so I asked for a heater and got one immediately. It's a very friendly guest house that I would highly recommend. En suite bathroom is of a high standard.

Very nice room, comfortable beds. All members of the family are extremely nice, and the youngest boys speak English, which was very helpful :). They made sure we had a comfortable stay, even though we booked on a very short notice. I recommend!

The wifi didn't reach our room (room located at the the most left point of the Guesthouse).

The best atmosphere for stay in Armenia, best hosts

Everything was great. The main advantage of this guesthose is very hospitable hosts. Rooms are clean, price is good, food is fresh and tasty. Many common facilities available - terrace, hall and kitchen, as well as a garden.

The best accommodation I had during my visit in Armenia. Room, dinner and breakfast all very good.

The village itself has not a lot to offer. So good option is to book dinner at the accommodation. There are excellent day trips near the village.

A very welcoming and warm atmosphere, great hosts who were happy to answer questions and help out in any way they could! And the walnuts from the garden were amazing. Comfortable bed and good bathroom, will stay here again for sure! Thank you very much.

Nice and helpful hosts, excellent Armenian breakfast

The hospitality of the hosts, excellent Armenian breakfast with home made products. Do not expect Hilton, it is B&B in a post-soviet country one year after the recent war. But you can sleep here, it is very simple, but clean, and the hosts are the great adventage. Be aware to find the place before sunset, the city is not easy to navigate.

The perfect way to experience Armenian family life and be a part of it.

I have been 5 months in Armenia and this is the best guesthouse I have stayed in. The entire family made me feel so welcome and were very warm and so friendly. There are 3 generations of family and they are all lovely and you feel welcomed with a big smile every time they see you. They made me a part of their family from the first day and I have experienced a real family life in Armenia with them. The house is very clean and comfortable in a lovely peaceful residential area and the garden is absolutely incredible filled with many flowers and fruit trees. It's a very quiet home in a quiet area so you can sleep well and there is enough in the area to spend a week here visting all the sights as day trips. If I come back to Armenia 100% I will stay at this guesthouse again.

A quiet stay in a warm hearted family

The family is incredibly kind, generous and helpful. It was a real pleasure to discuss with them and to share dinners with them. The guest house is located in a residential part of the city (so very quiet) and the garden is very nice. If you are looking for a simple room with great hosts, this place is for you!

The guesthouse is a little bit far from the main road if you do not have your own car but there are taxis if you don’t want to walk.

The hosts are super friendly and providing great service for a small amount. I had a wonderful breakfast and not only one armenian (also called eastern) coffee. Made trips to picturesque spa town dzhermuk, monastery noravank and a cave with the oldest wine making place known so far. Recommend as basis for day trips.

Nice place to stay

Owners are very hospitable, they offered me to join them for dinner and drinks. No complaints on facilities, there was a hot shower and quite comfortable bed.

I wish it was closer to the main road.
