This is a newer construction home. **FIBER INTERNET** PHONE** YOUTUBE TV Great care has been taken to make sure you will enjoy your stay including all white linens , granite throughout, hardwood floors on the 1st level, tile floors in bathrooms and walkout basement, 10' ceilings in the basement, the warmth of carpet in the upstairs bedrooms and well-outfitted premium kitchen.

There is also a hot tub on the bottom deck and a fire pit behind the house.

This place exceeded my expectations! Everything that you need is there and more. The home was gorgeous and set in a peaceful setting. Sitting out on the covered porch one evening watching a storm roll in or in the morning listening to the peaceful sounds of nature and birds chirping was icing on the cake.

Located in the wooded hills on Nolin Lake, the house was beautifully equipped and very well kept. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a hit. Our host, Gregory, was very responsive to my questions and left a little gift for our family that provided fun memories. Thank you, Gregory, for sharing your home!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was tucked away in a beautiful setting with enough space for the nine of us to spread out. All the amenities and more were provided for our stay. The drive to all the attractions were within 20-45 minutes. We’d love to come back for a longer visit.

House was super clean and stocked with everything we needed, the gated community was very nice and it was a great place to loans after a full day in Mammoth Cave National Park. The hot tub was a nice perk and although we only used it once, it was well worth it. We would definitely come back & stay again!

This past Christmas my husband and I gifted our 5 adult kids and their spouses to a kid free weekend at the beautiful cabin!! Downside was WE had to keep some of our 10 grands ages 17-1!! (The 1 year old about did me in!) but the UPSIDE was they got to hang out, unplugged and relax surrounded by nature! I love gifting bonding times to my kids!!

We (3 families) had great time with kids. Very convenient distance to visit Mammoth cave. Cosy, pretty house with plenty of beds. Owner Greg is a great host, we will visit again.

We loved our stay at the cabin, it was perfect size and had a great area for the kid to play. I think the only downfall would be that it shows docks in the listing, but you are not able to access them. Other than that our stay was fantastic!

this cabin is beautiful and we loved the views. plenty of room for a lot more people but we had a small group. the first floor has an extra bedroom basically in the laundry room which is just as big as the other bedrooms. all of the essentials that you need were there. just bring food and drinks and you are good.

The location and the home were very nice. Our family was able to spread out and be together. The kids enjoyed the yard and the fire with the s’mores that were left for us. Thank you for a great place to stay and unwind!!

Perfect location for visiting Mammoth Cave National Park! Great place to relax after a busy day- quiet, gated community. Not a lot of grocery store options or good restaurants nearby- so come prepared!

This house was beautiful and on water. It wasn’t far from Mammoth Cave and Cave City. We fished, enjoyed s’mores from the fire pit, and played in the hot tub. The grandparents sat and enjoyed the quiet. It was a wonderful getaway!

Had a great stay! Owner kept great communication. There was a nice welcome packet he sent out with everything you may need included in it. Lots of towels, blankets, or really anything you could think of available in the cabin. The hot tub was clean and very much appreciated after all the hiking and exploring the caves around.

Spacious and well maintained house with easy to use kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Hot tub was great and there were lots of toys/games to occupy the kids. My 6 year old son especially loved the Thomas the Train train table in the basement! Thanks!

We loved staying in this lake house! Greg is a thoughtful hospitable host. The kids had fun playing outside at the play house and at the train table downstairs. The kitchen was the best supplied we have ever seen! The hot tub was so nice on the chilly nights we were there. There were plenty of comfortable beds! Lots of room for multiple families. 25 min to Mammoth Cave also a state park nearby. Would love to return when its warmer out. Thanks Greg!!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. A nice quite area to enjoy some time away. Close to some of the areas fun things to do. It was clean and there was plenty of space for us all. A great back porch overlooking the lake.

I rented this house with my parents, sisters, and their kids for a few days over Thanksgiving week. The property was larger than we anticipated, and decorated tastefully. The listing says 4 bedrooms, but there is a queen bed in the laundry room, so it’s like a 5 bedroom home. The basement living room area was great for the kids to claim as their playroom. We loved hanging out by the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the view from the upper deck, and walking down to the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much all the utensils, cookware, and appliances anyone could need, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift. We loved all the extra blankets around the house. The instructions from the property owner were clear and helpful. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink on the main level was clogged, but otherwise we had a perfect stay. I read other reviews with complaints about the driveway, but my family had no issues getting up or down with our cars, and only one of us has AWD. Highly recommended this house if you’re looking for a Nolin Lake getaway.

The property was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated, and the smart tvs, toys/games, and hot tub were great for entertaining the kids. We unfortunately could not have a fire while we were there to roast the smore fixings left as a welcome gift due to a burn ban in the county, but it the gift was a very nice, welcoming touch! I would highly recommend staying here!

Had everything you could want and more! The train table and outdoor playhouse were the highlights of our toddlers’ weekend. The welcome gift of s’mores ingredients was an added touch I have yet to experience with a booking. The directions provided by Greg were perfectly detailed and we had a fabulous, relaxing weekend!

The house had more than enough space for us. It's located on a beautiful property near Nolin State Park and Mammoth Caves National Park. The owner has kept it in good condition. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this is it!

Amazing property! There was a beautiful covered deck for our yoga practices. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with extras - the only issue we had was there were no dishwasher pods for a group of 13 (just an oversight and owner was responsive). I would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well stocked cabin. The layout of the cabin is perfect, love the surround sound and hot tub. Very thoughtful welcome gift from the host with s’mores supplies, a new sponge and salt and pepper. The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend stay!

This rental house is very accommodating - especially if you like to cook! The kitchen is stocked with tons of pans, cooking utensils and lots of dishes and eating utensils to feed your gang. The kids loved making s’mores at the fire pit in the evenings. Very close to hiking at Nolin State Park, easy drive to Mammoth Cave, horseback riding at Double J and kayaking the Green River. We all had a wonderful time!

The property was extremely nice. But the neighbor next door was running a bulldozer and other large equipment from 7am in the morning till 10pm at night. It was so noisy we couldn't even hear the wildlife or enjoy the outdoors. Huge disappointment.

We met up with friends and enjoyed 2 nights at the property. The cabin was exactly as described and perfect for our families. We all really enjoyed ourselves. Cool mornings drinking coffee on the deck wrapped in the fuzzy blankets, kids enjoying the basement area, hours of play out in the trees along the lake, and so much more. We loved our stay!

Pros : Place is huge. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and didn't even use 1 bedroom Close to mammoth cave, state park etc Beautiful and well furnished Nice fire pit Situated in a gated community in the woods Only con: not really "lake front" maybe more like "lake adjacent". You could see the lake from the house, and there was a little path where you could walk down to the corner of the lake, but it wasn't great access. If you wanted swimming or boating you'd probably have to drive somewhere else.

This is a spectacular home for a large extended family retreat!! Absolutely beautiful home, amazing location with lake view, huge backyard, comfy couches with plush throws all around, well-stocked modern kitchen, 3 large baths, and bedrooms galore!!! Short ride to Mammoth Cave, Leitchfield playground parks and restaurants. We enjoyed an amazing vacation.

We had a really nice family weekend. We appreciate your sharing your lovely home with others to enjoy. We cooked together, watched Christmas movies, did some crafting, took several Mammoth Cave Tours, hiked the waterfall trail in Nolin State Park and slept really well in comfortable beds. We also stopped to see the trolls in Berheim forest on our way back to Ohio. Your house has a very nice location and is so comfortable for families. We would definitely recommend your home!

One of the best properties we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting. We have stayed in many places, and the attention to detail of this place is fantastic. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view, serene surroundings. Even small things like having extra paper towels, trash bags and soap were taken care of, which we find is not the norm. Couldn’t have had a better, more relaxing stay. Thank you!
