We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

We loved our stay! Communication with owner was so fast! They were quick to fix any issues. We loved all of the bedrooms and the pool was amazing! We can’t wait to come back next year. One issue we noticed was a massive stain on our mattress in upstairs king bedroom (old pee possibly?) and the shower curtains were all moldy. However new curtains were brought over very quickly! Would love to see more hooks in the bathrooms and more clothing storage in the king bedroom second floor. Some minor maintenance on things like loose hooks and other fixtures would be good too. We totally understand that because of this rentals popularity, it gets back to back bookings so it’s usually always occupied! Overall, this was a great place and awesome location and we look forward to coming next summer.

This was our first time visiting St.Simons Island and Kaiti the owner was SO helpful. I’m sure I drove her crazy with all of my several questions but she was always SO nice and answered all of my questions and said I wasn’t bugging her, she’s just too sweet!! Our house was perfect for our family! The third floor was wonderful for my niece and her family, they kept calling it their little apartment. The house was very clean and the pool was so nice !! I’ve rented several houses with VRBO and Kaiti and Brandon were, by far, the nicest and easiest to deal with !! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Our family spring break trip at the Sassy Peach Cottage was great. The house is very spacious! The heated pool was a huge hit with the children. Just a couple of suggestions for the owners. Repair the doors to the washer and dryer closet and a few of the kitchen cabinet drawers. A refresh of the pool furniture cushions and the grill is needed. Two outdoor garbage cans would have been nice. Other than that, the property is great and very centrally located. The linens and beach towels were nice. We loved our stay. The owners were responsive. We would rent this house again.

On the Island for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for the beach and the Pier Village. Easy walking distance to both! House was very clean and lots of space for everyone. Pool was a big hit with the kids! Would book again without hesitation. Brandon was great and very quick to responded when we had questions. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and there was a decorated Christmas Tree that gave the spirit and warmth of the season. The home was spacious and well equipped for our family of seven. The house is clean and roomy. Lots of space to stay close and hang out or spread out. We were excited to find out the pool was salt filtered due to a chlorine allergy in the group. We had a great time and loved our stay!

We have vacationed in several homes as a large family and agreed that Sassy Peach was one of our favorites. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the on line description was extremely accurate and maybe a little modest. This house has large bedrooms, large family areas, and a great location for our needs. The kitchen was very well supplied, also. We definitely recommend this home if you are staying in this area.

6 adults, brothers and wives from cities around the state, found this to be the perfect place! Extremely comfortable, room to spread out, clean and just excellent for our group. Bigger than we actually needed as one couple ended up being unable to attend but still perfect in every way! The host couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Purely outstanding. Had not been to St.Simons in decades and it is just beautiful. This house and location is great for families - plenty to do right out the door. Would highly recommend the Sassy Peach and definitely hope to come back.

We had the best week at the Sassy Beach Cottage! The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, shops and the beach. The heated pool is such a nice asset to the property. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch in the evenings or sitting out by the pool or on one of the balconies. Would highly recommend this property!

For those of you who have never been to St. Simons island, this is a must visit destination. And the Sassy Peach is definitely where you should stay. The location of the house is absolutely perfect! Just a couple blocks from the beach, as well as to a wide assortment of restaurants in their "downtown" pier district. And the whole vibe and feeling of the area is just a quaint, slow paced southern charm of a small island town. We will definitely return to St. Simons because of this charm, and we will definitely stay at the Sassy Peach because of the location, and comfort of the house. First of all, the house has two Master (or primary) bedrooms to choose from. Secondly, the house has an open floor plan where the Great Room opens into the kitchen, and the patio/pool for maximum enjoyment and ease of finding a place to relax. The pool is heated to 84 degrees, and so even on a chilly night it feels great. And all of your guests have plenty of both comfort and privacy in their own nice-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. I rarely give a 5 star review of VRBO, but the Sassy Peach deserves one because of the beautiful house, and the location cannot be beat! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This home was perfect for our large family of a variety of ages (2-78.). The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near everything. We could walk to many restaurants and the water front. The hosts were the most helpful with timely and kind responses to our questions. We hope to come back in the summer so that we can utilize the outdoor area and pool better! Our only feedback would be that the home could use some more bath towels as the home can accommodate large groups but we did not find it to have enough. A few of the TVs also need attention as they did not all work properly. Those items were minimal and easy for us to work around and enjoy the home fully! Would highly recommend.
