Very Sunny one bedroom Completely re-modeled this year, with white washed maple hardwood flooring and a fully custom built kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops and sea glass back splash. A Queen size bed in bedroom and a queen sized futon in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Full bath with shower & tub. Direct TV, wireless internet, front loader washer/dryer. Linens and towels provided. Parking provided off premise. This is a non-smoking building/unit.
Our Beautiful Harbor offers many activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, Whale Watching & Puffin Watching excursions, Harbor tours, trolley rides through both sides of the harbor, the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, many preserves for hiking, antiques, and lots and lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping, most just steps out our door!!

Boothbay Harbor Mart & Country Store is centrally located if you need a great cup of organic fresh or cold brewed coffee, a breakfast or lunch snack, a cold beer or bottle of wine, even a cooler to hold it all in! We loved staying here! For 2 people it was perfect! The charm of the old building and the location were on point! 5 min or less to anything in the harbor!
But the best part was our hosts! Patty and Mark are the best! Always close by with suggestions and help with a smile! If we travel back that way, we will definitely stay there again!

Truly the best place to stay!! Right in the heart of town. Everything literally within walking distance. Remodeled kitchen made it easy to make our own breakfast and enjoy our coffee. Patty was so helpful with suggestions. We enjoyed all that Booth Bay has to offer. So many great places to eat. Later in the day ..nice to come back ..cool off...have a cocktail and play cards. We were there for a wedding and everyone was jelly over our place. Cute...quaint...had everything we needed!

We loved our stay here. This is a fantastic location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Boothbay. Bring eye masks though, the futon sleeper is going to get a lot of light from the windows.

We totally enjoyed our stay, great location in downtown Booth Bay, walkable to everything. Parking is extremely difficult, requires constant moving of your vehicle or pay max rate daily at municipal parking lots.
Another downside to the apartment is the mattress on the bed which is in very poor condition. The sides of the mattress were so broken down that you had to sleep closer to the middle which did not leave enough room for 2 people, thus my husband slept on the futon.

My partner and I stayed at Patty’s property because we were in town for a wedding and decided to make a trip out of it. Patty was so welcoming and provided so many great recommendations. She owns the Harbor Mart downstairs so it was nice knowing that we could pop in and ask questions as needed. She was very communicative and made the check in process super easy. The property was as described and very adorable, right in the heart of town. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a perfect location. Right in the heart of town within walking distance of restaurants, stores, shops, coffee shops, and the waterfront amenities. It was also a good home base for day trips. The unit was quaint, a bit crooked and out of level in places, and full of light. The units are upstairs and accessed by steep sets of stairs, something mobility challenged individuals should consider (we’re seniors and had no issues, jus sayin’). We would go back.

Everything about stay was wonderful. Hosts were very accommodating and unit was cute as a button. Stairs are narrow but well worth the climb.

The perfect property in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, with lovely views and easy access to everything. This is a great little town to stay in. For those with mobility issues, the stairs up to the apartment are tight so carrying up larger bags can be tricky. Also, there isn't designated parking. It is street parking with limited hours or in a municipal lot. Patty did offer to pay half of the charge if using the municipal lot. Overall, it worked out but just something to be aware of. And, this is a working town so be prepared to wake up early with the deliveries to the shops etc. However, Boothbay Harbor is a great location, close to the Maine Botanical Gardens which were one of the best we have visited, also Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, Ocean Point and Hendricks Beach for beautiful views. Reid State Park beach was another great find on our way back to Portland.

Exceptional property! Located right in Downtown Boothbay, couldn't ask for a better location! Decor is just adorable ! The Owners Patty and Marc are fantastic Hosts and probably the best hosts we have ever encountered in our VRBO travels!
Everything you would need is there, this certainly will become our home away from home in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in the heart of Boothbay Harbor close to everything. Parking was inconvenient but manageable. The was tight for 4 people. There were no blinds or curtains in living area where futon is so the two people sleeping there had the full sun way too early for their liki

The apartment is bright & sunny, and very cheerfully decorated in classic beach style. Patty is so nice and easily accessible. The location is incredibly convenient, and it was a lot of fun being in the center of harbor. Boothbay is beautiful and has the perfect vacation energy. I lost track of the number of great restaurants that are within a two minute walk; and the shops are terrific too!

The apt location was the best….right in the middle of Boothbay Harbor, and so close to water, restaurants, etc.

Here are some highlights:
Location - The location of this property in Boothbay Harbor is absolutely unbeatable! It is steps from the boat to go to the Clambake on Cabbage Island (a must do!), 5 minutes from the footbridge, steps from excellent restaurants (Red Cup was our favorite for breakfast, upper deck of the Tugboat for dinner, Wannawaf for dessert), and right in the middle of the harbor where the shopping is amazing!
Hosts - Patty is lovely and treated us with so much kindness. She offered excellent recommendations and was always available! We really enjoyed meeting her and greatly appreciated her guidance on must-dos in Boothbay Harbor!
Accommodations - The unit is bright and sunny! It was very clean and has a great kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed and futon were both very comfortable. The unit is situated across the street from the harbor, so opening the windows allowed for the most amazing breezes (and it was very quiet at night)!
We were so pleased with our stay and look forward to visiting Boothbay again soon.

Quaint and beautiful piece of New England history. Patty is an excellent host and was extremely responsive to any needs. Boothbay is a great town and the apartment is walking distance to everything. Please note to read that toiletries and coffee do not come with the apartment.

Great location with views
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this bright cozy apartment offering views of the harbor. The location is in the heart of the town, so you can forget your car and walk to shopping, restaurants, recreation spots, or sightseeing. Patty is a fantastic host and readily available to answer questions or offer suggestions about enjoying the Boothbay experience. Highly recommend this rental.

Parking issue
Renters should know that "off premise" parking means Municipal parking which has to be paid for every 24hrs. Yes, the host refunded the fees but it seemed unreasonable to me to find change and go and pay every day.

Cozy Apartment by Sea
My husband and I stayed here a couple years ago. It is just like we remembered it. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, bakeware, spices, utensils ect. It was wonderful to open the window to feel the cross sea breeze. The apartment has a sea cottage feel. Patty and her husband Mark were easy to communicate to and if we messaged them we received a prompt response. It was a great stay. Until next time!

Perfect for Two
We had a wonderful weekend away. This apartment is quite literally in the heart of it all. We spent our days walking, window shopping and connecting with the locals during the off-season in November. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed to eat home-cooked meals, hang, play games and enjoy some serious R&R. We'd come back 100x's over. Thank you Patty!!

A narrow staircase, unusual wall angles, and gently sloping floor gave the apartment character. Owners are very accessible and made sure we got checked in ok and that we had everything we needed. They also offered great suggestions for dining and activities. The Harbor Mart next door had convenience items and there is a supermarket less than a mile away.This was our first visit to Maine and we really enjoyed strolls along the harbor and across the historic foot bridge. Right across the street are the piers for a variety of boat outings, including the Cabbage Island Clambake. For dining, the Boathouse Bistro stands out and we also ate at the Boothbay Lobster Wharf several times. The Coastal Maine Botanical Garden is nearby and was a highlight. Ocean Point is just a short drive and a terrific spot to see waves crash in on the rocks (especially if there happens to be a storm out in the Atlantic!). Also took day trips to Bar Harbor/Acadia Nat'l Park and to Bath, the Maine Maritime Museum was impressive. A terrific vacation - next time we'll probably stay longer than a week.

Patty and Mark were the perfect hosts. Their apartment was clean, bright and updated. It had everything we needed for our little getaway. We were able to see the beautiful harbor from our windows and we were right in the center of town. The best part was that we were able to walk to everything and enjoy the harbor restaurants and surrounding areas. Patty and Mark were always available to us with ideas and restaurant recommendations. I would love to go back sometime soon!

Amazing location
Patty was amazing and answered all of my questions, even ones that may have been silly. The location was amazing. Parking is a very very minor inconvenience because everything is in walking distance and they kindly reimburse the parking fees, which was very minimal.

Wonderful stay in Boothbay Harbor
This is a great property conveniently located right in Boothbay Harbor. It was nice start every day with a latte from Red Cup (also had great blueberry muffin) and walk around the harbor.
The kitchen was well stock where we cooked our own lobsters (from Scully’s), made linguine with white clam sauce (wine from the general store downstairs), and surf and turf.
Patty, the owner, was very responsive and provided helpful information for the area. She is usually in the general store directly downstairs which made it really convenient whenever we had any questions.
