Bad management! Bad service at restaurant! Bad food, everything had sugar in it! Food was not cooked properly! Beer served in dirty cans, staff had no ideea what to do! Food was more expensive than luxury resorts! Bad internet connection! Pool closes at 9 pm 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ restaurant its not available from 2 to 5 pm

Just the location and the garden
Many things:
The frontdesk staff barely salute when we enter,
Food with too much sugar
Can beer🤦🏻♂️
Cristal doors nonsense because you or have privacy or no outside view, but not both,
The comfort room bad smelling,
Swimming pool close at 9,
The fans in the restaurant only on for the local costumers,
Poor restaurant service, they leave the dirty plates empty on our table so all the flies will gather,
Nobody around the table to ask for things we need.

The staff are friendly and the room provides you with everything you need. For the price it is good value for money with breakfast included. FIG cafe is a lovely cafe with great WiFi and iced coffee - in fact, the best iced coffee out of the 7 islands we have visited in The Philippines.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we had very little sleep. The neighbours across the road blast music out very early morning. Motorbikes continuously up and down the road outside, with a lot pulling into the front lay-by outside the room revving, which wakes you up through the night. This would be fine if the windows were better insulation for the rooms at the front.

Pool area is great, view and sunset too airco is also new and very good
The family rooms are outdated, very noisy if you face the streets. Newer Poolview rooms are much better.bedsheets are indeed paper thin.
Garden needs maintenance, really looks like it's seen better times

Beautiful resort overlooking the sea with a gorgeous pool area. There are not too many rooms so it seemed quite exclusive. Each time we used the pool and sun loungers, we were alone, making it feel quite special. The pool is a great size.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
The food in the restaurant was great as were the breakfast.
Laundry was done for just 75pesos per kilo and ready in a few hours.
The rooms were a good size and having a verandah was a bonus.
The only thing that let this hotel down was the pressure in the shower. It was barely more than a trickle.

Friendly, helpful staff. The location overlooking the ocean and with access to the rock pools was great. Perfect sunset viewing. At low tide you can walk to Tubod Marine Sanctuary along the coast. Great cafe on site.
Nothing to dislike.

Rooms are clean and nice location.
The staff at the restaurant are really rude and unaccomodating. We were told and it was written in the policy that the last call for dinner was 8pm. My mom went to eat at 7.40pm at the restaurant because she fell asleep but was refused to be served. The staff kept insisting that they cannot give her any food even a slice of bread, so my mom hadn't had dinner. The next morning, my mom complained at the restaurant, only to be told that they are not aware and they are not the staff. I didn't get to complain to the manager because my mom did not told me about the incident until today. That is a poor treatment of guests. I didn't pay for my mom to be treated like that. They did not even apologize to my mom. It ruined the experience for us.

Pool. restaurant .although bit privacy room though bed was far to low
Meals were good in volume but pricey bed was far to low mattress could have been better quality for what they advertised. As a high class resort. Which it was in some ways 🤔 let them down .the beach front was really not that great .

We loved our stay here in FIG Sunset. The rooms were big and had very comfortable beds. The food in the restaurant is good and affordable. The coffee in the café is one of the best i've tasted in the Philippines. The pool is big and clean and there are tricycles just outside ready to take you on a tour.
There were two cats walking around in the restaurant and the hotel area screaming. Two nights we woke up by screaming cats on our porch. I tried to scare them away, but they continued for 30 mins, and the security guard didn't do anything. There were a lot of rules in the resort, but none about when to be quiet. One night our neighbors came home at three in the morning, and they were laughing outside loud, and continued innside. Another morning they were outside talking and laughing loud from 6 to 7 in the morning because breakfast opened at 7.

The pool was amazing so big. The room was very spacious which was really awesome. Staff was very friendly as well
There were too many colorful lights in the pool changing too quickly which looked like a disco. Setting perhaps on blue or slower changing completely would be better. Also when we first checked in we were told you cannot do this you cannot do that etc which made us feel pretty unwelcome. Probably just a mention of rules in general and familiarising ourselves with them when at the room Or pool would have been sufficient. For the rest of the stay remaining staff was very friendly.
The wooden frame to our stairs were moving and rotting away and the swing at the lawn was very wobbly. While I understand the whole resort is still developing and some new accommodation is being built the old part would still have to be maintained in safe condition.

The pool, food, and the staff.
The sliding door lock at the 1st room beside the reception should be fixed.

It has a beautiful swimming pool with a cold whirlpool. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and it's walking distance from restaurants if needed.
It's shame that the beach is very tiny and the restaurant has very limited amount of food available.

25 minutes away from port. Accessible to most tourist spots. You can buy return tickets for ferry at the concierge.
Bathroom was very spacious.
They would charge a corkage fee if you bring food and drinks from outside but cafe closes at 8pm.

The pool was attractive and large
We were so disappointed in this hotel that we checked out the very next morning even though we were booked to stay for four nights. Whilst checking out we over heard another customer enquiring about when their toilet seat would arrive as they had been waiting for three days!
Ants in our room.
One of our keys seemed to be a master as it opened both of our separate apartment front doors which made us feel as though other people would have access to our rooms. This really unsettled one of our children who was anxious that strangers would get in during the night.
No safety deposit boxes, it was suggested that we leave our passports and valuables with reception.
Small rooms that didn’t really look like the website photos. The look quite shabby both inside and outside.
Building work is taking place at the hotel so it looks like a work site.
Sound insulation is awful so our children were woken up in the middle of the night by a couple having sex several apartments away! The cleaner confirmed this had happened earlier in the day but we were not warned.
No inter-connecting rooms for families.
Not really beach front, just a tiny shingle strip with enough space for two families.

All the stall were fantastic especially Daphnie and Elly with their smiles in the morning. The breakfast was very good and again served with smiles. On the first day my bacon was to well done for me. I showed the girls a photo of how I like my bacon and every day thereafter was lovely. I Highly recomend a visit. Nice pool... nice rooms. Just five minutes (walking) down the road is Coco Grove Resort...100 peso to get onto their beautiful beach with a lovely Reef for snokerling...watch the sun go down while having dinner and a beer. (The first two photos are of Coco Grove beach)
I like a Bar on/in or very near the pool but all I had to do was catch one of the girls attention wave my empty bottle in the air and a next one arrived within minutes...with smiles.....There was some building work going on but did'nt effect my stay there

Beautiful pool big enough to do lap swimming. Good location for sunsets.
Room design very poor. Very cramped for a hotel of this standard and no bench space to put things on. Also no power point convenient for charging phones etc.
8.0
Nice pool and the rooms are set in a big open space. Breakfast is nice and generous portions. Walking distance to marine sanctuary and restaurants
Felt quite empty and lacking in atmosphere

There was a power outage when we arrived in the resort. Their generator overheated as well. It took awhile for the electricity to get working and stable. But aside from this little inconvenience, the over-all experience was excellent - from the staff, to the food, the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The sunsets in this resort is heartstopping!
