It was hell

They ended up giving me a roadside room even though I booked a sea view. Told me they would credit me back 2 nights ( I stayed for one and left, booked for 3). Then rejected the request for a credit when booking.com reached out to them . Scammers. The room has ants and was dirty. Don't book

Everything was horrible , worst experience.

Not worth the money, not clean enough and too noisy.

The only good thing was the view of the backyard, straight to the ocean. Oh, also the wifi was really good.

Air conditioning. Old thing that works so loud you cannot leave on during the night. So you have to open a window, then all the noise comes in and again you cannot sleep. Location. Just as said before, way too noisy. Accomodation. The towels and the bedding were clean, but small ants were everywhere, some other bugs also. The bed is also very uncomfortable. Bathroom. There is no separate shower, the bathroom room is a shower, so when you’re showering everything is wet, the toilet, trash can, walls, etc.

Nice Location, Poor management.

Great Location right in the middle of everything you would want to do. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Be Careful when booking I booked a large room 236ft with sea view but was given a very small room with Roadside view. Although they confirmed via messages the view was different but everything else was the same. But when I arrived I was given an 118ft Room. With no option for a refund not even an apology. Was forced to stay in this small room has we arrived at 10pm and couldn't get anything else. After speaking with management they just blamed Booking.com for the mistake. Didn't seem concerned or even cared. Would of liked a refund so I could of stayed somewhere else. The Room and no flooring just concentrate, Just 3 Tiles. The bed is also solid concrete. The Air Con is very loud. Being next to the Road is also very noisy lots of traffic in the morning.

This hotel is a SHAM! The window just slipped out of the frame and they’re making me pay for it. Ridiculous! No generato

I tried opening the window during a power interruption & the window just slipped out of the frame & broke! WHY AM I BEING MADE TO PAY FOR IT? I should sue the owner since someone could have gotten hurt with the BROKEN GLASS! NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS so I couldn’t even see my hand in front of me! And the owner wants me to pay for the window! RIDICULOUS! This hotel is a SHAM! Never staying there again! No generator so i was eaten alive by mosquitoes & bed bugs!!

They’re making me pay for a window that just slipped out of the frame! Why is that the fault of the guest!?! RIDICULOUS. They don’t even have emergency lights so I couldn’t see my hand in front of me! No generator so i was eaten alive by mosquitoes & bed bugs!!

The restaurant attached to it had really great food, nice view of the water and sunset. We always ended up eating there instead of going out.

Nice comfortable room Great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel Shops and restaurants nearby Not far from a couple of dive centres

Make sure to get a room with a sea view if possible (not a criticism just a tip)

We had room 7, which is the bigger room, ground level, seafront side. Outside the room: stunning view, very nice garden, nice terrace with a comfortable hammock, convenient location Inside the room: nice space, excellent mattress (we slept very well), convenient equipment (bedtables, hooks, little table). Air con works well and is more quiet than what we had in other hotels in the Philippines. One can hear the music from the nearby Marco Polo pizzeria, though, as it was extremely smooth piano jazz, it wasn't a problem at all, keeping the room quiet and chill.

The bathroom should have been finished before renting the room as the use of shower is problematic: the water spreads all over the floor as the evacuation hole seems not to be on the lowest spot and there is also no little wall nor curtain to keep the water in the shower zone. Probably this wouldn't be so problematic for somebody staying alone in the room. A little fridge would also have been useful, in order to have fresh water, keep fruits or food in a place safe of insects, etc.

The view is stunning, comfy bed, kind staff. scooter rental. Perfect location near restaurants and marine conservation

Air con quite loud but we stayed 8 nights, we soon got used to it

Room has everything you need but no TV but it doesn't really matter because you don't come here to watch TV, the views are amazing with the beachfront rooms, owner and staff amazing.

The ac is very noisy could not sleep with it.

Amazing host, great view of the ocean, rooms on the ocean are more quiet than the rooms on the street side, the room has everything you need like hooks for your clothes à shelf unit to put you clothes. Good bed.

The bathroom is small but manageable, the arcon is noisy like most in the Philippines. But ok for me with earplugs.

The little details like sockets near the bed, and extension cords, clothes clips, bottled water, facial tissues, clothes hanger, make a huuuge difference. Our stay was extremely comfortable.

The host was accommodating and very kindly attended to us when we arrived. The room was simple but has everything that you need for a comfortable rest after a long day of adventure around the island. Plus you have a beautiful view of the sea right outside your door. Definitely worth the stay.

It’s a new place. Nice seaview. Good location with restaurants around (specially the Thai Restaurant). Luca is a great owner, made us feel like home.
