Think twice before booking!

It is close to the sea and has nice swimming pool. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Big balcony in our room.

You have to pay for the parking in front. Price of breakfast just rise when we asked. No kitchenware in the room whatsoever, you need to ask even for knife. No coffee or tea in the room. Fridge is tiny.

Разочаровани сме почти от всичко не си струва за 3 нощувки 1000лв почти…

Нищо особено, хареса ни басейна само

Почти всичко, кърпите бяха мръсни навсякъде беше в паяжини и пясък, отвратителни възглавници, стаята от климатика миришеше ужастно в ресторанта ядох спагети и вечерта повръщах 4 пъти заради тях ядохме и развалена супа! Много разочароващо!!

Poor

Close to the beach

There were dead insects, the last day there were ants all over the room and we left the hotel immediately, but they didn't refund me for the last night. Breakfast was horrible , no fresh food. Fake photos on booking.

Ok for a couple of days, close to the beach.

We liked the spaciousness of the apartments. Balconies were also huge too. Airconditioned. Towels were changed.

Studios weren't really a studio but a room with a rammed "kitchen" corner in it. One of the rooms had a not-so-nice smell to it. Upon arrival we were "greeted" not with a welcome but with the strict request to pay for the parking, before even taking our luggage yet. Also, no information was provided about the breakfast, we had to ask for it. All in all ok, close to the beach but to be honest I wouldn't say it's good value for money.

We would definitely visit again!

I liked how close to the beach the hotel is. The pool was nice as well. Big and clean rooms.

There was no toilet paper and not enough kitchen facilities (knife, spoons and soap)

Just do not go.

We didn't go for breakfast. the quality of the food was questionable.

The hygiene is questionable. The sink was with mold, the bathtubs weren't cleaned this season. It was all covered in human fat. On the first day, a part of a bucket was left by the cleaning lady (black and greasy) nearby my bottle of water over the table. UNACEPTABLE! The second room was in the same condition. The fridge was not working, the DAMN WINDOWS ARE NOT CLOSING!!! IN BOTH OF THE RESERVED ROOMS!!! The floor cover was in unacceptable shape in one of the rooms. The sheets were dirty and old and there was no Wifi coverage. The pool was green. The place is excellent, but it looks abandoned. It is in perfect location; just a little cleaning and maintenance is needed.

Very poor

Extremely dirty, uncomfortable beds, in a room with a kitchenette - no coffee, we put a "do not disturb" sign on the door before we left the room and came back to the sign removed and the room cleaned which we found unacceptable, shower was horrible as well and the drain wasn't cleaned so water kept collecting

Do Not Go There

I only liked the location and the size of the room. But really nice pool

Reception was horrible told her my bed is broken and her reply was “and what do you want me to do” . The room was not cleaned, cupboards sticky, glasses and plates were sticky stuck to the cupboards! You did not have hot water for 2 people to shower one after another ( my daughter had a quick shower and when I had mine I had to cleanse my hair with cold water) the shower basin will fill with water and overflow into the bathroom! There were no bath mats for when you’re coming out of the shower and when I asked for it at the reception she started laughing in my face! I have never had such a poor experience anywhere in my entire life. I asked for the room to be cleaned and bed to be fixed but didn’t happen. The balcony was full of ants and bird poo as on the ceilings there were bird nests. The very nice pool and big size rooms do not make up for the horrible amenities and hosts. Also the balcony door was broken a proper safety hazard but no one cared! I suppose the language barrier was a huge factor! They know very little English for a tourist accommodation

Spacious, with greenery and friendly staff

First the staff was great, very polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything needed, there is a kitchen area and utensils, AC, TVs in both rooms and a fridge. The terrace was big and very pleasant for chilling. Pool was great also. We had food included (HB) and it was very convenient not having to think about what to eat all the time 😁 Although the hotel is not close to the town there is a shop in it so you can buy necessities. The enclosed yard is also very pleasant to stay, read a book, have a coffee and chill. A lot of greenery. The beach is 5 min away from the hotel.

It would be good to have Internet accessible to all rooms, not only at the reception or pool. In that way the place would be excellent for people to work remotely :) There are some minor cosmetic things to be improved like some lightbulbs and the shower head not spraying evenly.

Exceptional

I had breakfast and dinner included. All the meals had plenty of choice and staff was responsive and welcoming. Room was nice, comfortable and clean, with appliances and a fridge, ac worked fine.

Pleasant

Clean, quiet, nice pool. Easy access to beach.

There was no answer to the multiple emails and texts that I sent asking about how to get the keys. So the communication was poor. I didn't know there was a reception desk until I arrived. Also, there were no beach chairs for the property.

No value for money

The lady at reception was nice.

I paid for 6 nights but only stayed 1 night from the reservation and I haven`t yet received a refund. The apartment was NOT clean and tidy at all and the rooms need renovation.

Horrible staff

The only good thing about the hotel is its location - 2 min walk to the beach.

The food - horrible. The staff - impolite and rude. Parking - impossible. Shower - broken. Rooms - not clean. I would not recommend it for sure.
