Een herhaling meer dan waard!

Prima ontbijt, veel keuze en echt voor ieder wat wils. Fijn dat je snel werd geholpen aan een tafeltje. Je werd niet opgejaagd als je klaar was met je ontbijt, we konden nog even rustig nagenieten met een kopje koffie/thee

Mixed feelings...

Beautiful location. Good breakfast. Good & clean room with a very comfortable bed. Some (very) friendly personel - esp. the lady organising the breakfast. Excellent WiFi: good signal strength and none of the usual "register/login; webpage redirection that can't handle https; forced-autodisconnect-every-day; ..." nonsense found in almost all other hotels.

Unfriendly receptionist when I arrived: No "Hello", "Good evening", or anything even remotely sounding like that. All I got was a blank stare suggesting "What the hell are you here for and want from me?" When returning to my room on the last evening, the electronically programed room key didn't work. The same receptionist fixed that quickly, but couldn't be bothered saying something totally standard like "I am / We are sorry, Sir."

Location in Heijenrade , not Slenaken , despite of the flyers with massages no massages were available , breakfast could be better organized

Nice stay, but lack of honesty on hotel descriptions

The skylight room was spacious and had a nice view of farmland. Nice bathroom Staff are lovely

The room was supposed to be hypoallergenic but thats not true as whole time I was sneezing in the room and my eyes would be itchy, it was very dusty. There is supposed to be a panoramic view from the outside front, but unfortunately covered by trees so you just see trees unless you go to the end you manage to see a bit. The duvets are too hot to sleep in, even with the air con or windows open. This made us feel unwell the next morning. You can hear doors slam shut from down the corridor. It would be nice if you allowed people to eat dinner outside when the weather is nice. We understand sales techniques, but please don’t ask us to make a reservation at the restaurant claiming it’s going to be impossible to book and we won’t be able to turn up due to being busy when that was completely the opposite and it was not busy nor almost fully booked at all. The breakfast room is far too warm. Flying ants all over our windows

dinner and breakfast are superb. the bed is comfy. shower is clean and spacious. the window view is stunning for Lingurgush hilly characteristics, not Dutch at all, but somehow like English Peak District.

Nice location.

My biggest priority with hotels is the quality of sleep. For some reason the doors slam so hard you can hear the concussive force from 8 rooms down as it shakes the entire foundation of the building and jolts you awake at 7am, engaging your fight or flight responses and sending your heart rate into the atmosphere.

Slenaken is in a most picturesque location and the Best Western is a beautiful hotel.

We had never been to Limburg and it is beautiful there! Check in was easy, and although there wasn't a wheelchair accessible room available, the room we had was fine. Since we were there for only 1 night, an accessible shower was not necessary. Had we stayed longer, the staff would have moved us when an accessible room became available.

I cannot fault the hotel staff because it was so very warm in our room and there wasn't air conditioning. The person from the front desk brought a fan, and we took the quilts off and just used the covers.

Pleasant hotel, located on top of hill, ample parking place, friendly staff.

Breakfast was good, ample bread, joghurt, fruit and everyting that goes with it. Self-service coffee from machines (coffee was OK). Spacious en light breakfast room.

Bathroom functionally good, shower had thermostatic crane, but in general the bathroom could have an upgrade.

Passable

The location is okay. However, the view is blocked by the trees. So, nothing to see. The breakfast is standard. I expected more for 4 star hotel.

The premise looks old. Typical American building. You can hear the persons in the next room talking. A bit disappointed with the facilities provided by a 4 star hotel. No gym available. Breakfast choices limited and standard. Nothing special in this hotel.

Nice leisure break on our way back from business trip

This was the second time that we stayed here. Location is excellent. Service also excellent and very friendly. Free parking on site. Very good starting point for walks and roadtrips in this beautiful province. Breakfast is pretty good too.
