Séjour agréable dans le centre

Très chouette emplacement, bonne literie, un petit cocon dans le centre de Maastricht. Tout était propre et confortable. On a pu profiter de la télévision sur laquelle nous pouvions projeter. Bon wi-fi également. Personnel serviable.

Rien de particulier, si ce n'est que l'isolation sonore n'était pas parfaite (on entendait beaucoup le son de la rue, mais en soi, c'est normal, on est en plein centre.)

Magic Maastricht

Location, cleanliness, brightness, space

There are free bikes with the property. However, we are not early risers & never managed to secure one in our 3 night stay. So like if you want a lounger at the pool, it appears you need to get up early and bag with your towel ! :)

Spacious apartment in the city centre

Stylish apartment in the old house. Light, big, spacious - had 2 levels of it. Surprised by the fact that bikes were offered to the guests free of charge. Located right next to the square with all the churches and cathedrals

Stairs leading to the second floor were too steep - ok for young guys, but for those old/drunk it might present a challenge. Reception is not 24/7 - you have urge them that you're coming AND they charge for the checkin post-midnight

Expected much better experience and cleaner apartment

Great location is the biggest plus

The Family Suite is located at the basement level - the level of light entering is suboptimal - the photos on the portal would not capture that nuance. (although description mentions basement-level). On check-in we experienced two things - multiple ants travelling throughout the apartment and pretty annoying smell (fungus-type) intense in the kitchen area - the apartment was also poorly cleaned for our arrival (old socks near TV, dirt in several places) - neither of these matters were resolved, despite some extra cleaning efforts- as we were travelling with the little one we really wanted a clean space but this was not the case; the staff also didn't transfer us to any other accommodation; socks not picked up, smell continued throughout the whole stay...

It was a very large studio apartment that was well appointed with everything we needed. The location was convenient, yet quiet. Our host gave us several good restaurant recommendations that we used during our stay.

It was not a problem for us but some people might miss having an elevator.

Overall a good place to stay with excellent location, which is a big selling point.

Location was excellent. Lots of light in the apartment. Ability to use Chromecast in the living room.

Kitchen was functional but a little impractical (utensils, dishes etc. stored in the living room). Would have preferred a separate shower and sink room (was in the bedroom without divider wall).

Superb

perfect location overlooking the Vrijtjof. Spacious and very clean apartment. Little to fault.

The absence of a lift can make the movement of cases difficult. we stayed for 4 nights so had some luggage. Apartment on the first floor. Stairs curbed and were fairly steep. would not put us off in the future but should be considered if carrying a lot of luggage or have mobility issues .

Spacious and very centrally located

Wonderful location right at the heart of Maastricht. We had the family-size apartment which is very spacious. The decor was very stylish, with a functional kitchen block right in the middle of the living space. Very good beds and hot shower! Fast internet. Lots of space and very comfy sofas!! Would stay here again no question!

Most of the windows are simple glazing, so you could hear outdoor noise a bit too well. It's not in the middle of a busy street, but you do hear general city noises. Depending on where your room is located, there can also be several flights of stairs to climb. It's an old Post and Telegraph building that has been refurbished.

Tremendous property—great location just off the Vrijthof, it was clean and comfortable.

Kitchen well appointed, beds were comfortable, perfect location and very clean. Washer and dryer were convenient, and the staff was great. They had bikes that we could use for free, which was a total bonus.

Could use a little more light in the bathroom.

ok, but would look for somewhere else for my next stay in the city

The room was spacious and in a good location. The bed was comfortable.

The place was quite dirty. I didn't feel like walking around in my socks, and the sofa was covered in hair. There was not sufficient toilet paper. The staff said they would bring some, but they didn't. It was very difficult to follow up as the staff are only there between 9am and 5pm. The shower leaked and the bathroom floor constantly had a pool of water on it. I really expected more for the money I paid.

Clean & A Well Located Property

Room size was adequate as I was a solo traveller. Facilities provided were good. There are several good restaurants within walking distance with options for all meals. Beautiful historical buildings, especially the Basilica of St. Servatius, are within walking distance. The accommodation is close to Vrijthof Square which is buzzing with life!
