This grand ocean front home 'The Majestic SandCastle' is fully equipped for great vacations year round.. Spectacular ocean views of sunrise over the beach and the Folly Beach Pier.

If you have stayed here before, Please note that the sleeping arrangements have been updated. There are four bedrooms with one king bed each and one other room with a queen bed. - The house sleeps 10.

One master king suite with whirlpool is located on the first floor. Up the traditional stairway to the second floor is a second master king suite with luxurious bath with whirlpool and separate shower. It has a sitting area with entertainment center and private ocean front deck with lounge seating. Also on the second floor is another king bedroom and a queen sleeping area which share a full hallway bathroom. The third master king suite is up a spiral stairway in the studio and has a half bath.

This home has extremely spacious living quarters and perfect for multi-generation families! The first floor includes hardwood floors, two full kitchens for maximum cooking options! Also on first floor is two living rooms with seating and TVs, 3 dining tables/areas, coffee bar, fireplace and large sunroom with TV and desk area. Laundry room with utility sink included in laundry room.

Outside, there is ample ocean front deck area with seating, table with umbrella, rinsing shower, hoses, grilling area and picnic tables. You can't beat this house for the ultimate beach stay. It is perfect year round for family gatherings!

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs, 50lb. each - contact owner if your pet is over 50 lbs. , we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let me know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Wonderful property located on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops of Folly Beach! Lots of bedrooms and incredible open spaces...plenty of room for our family to spread out and play card games, do puzzles, etc. The back porch (facing the ocean) was fabulous, and the owner was super easy to work with from start to finish. We had a family reunion there and had a super time. I rated it a five because we had a fantastic time and it worked wonderfully for our crowd (all adults, college age kids + one 17yo high schooler). The only thing I wished I knew was to bring more platters & large bowls for putting out big spreads of food because the kitchen did not have those sort of entertaining items. Also, I would add that this house was perfect for us, but I'm not sure I would recommend it for young children. Glass dining table, a glass front curio cabinet with fine china, etc. Lots of items accessible that are not particularly beachy but are breakable. Just a comment, not a negative per se. Again, it slept all of us easily and was a perfect spot for our family reunion! Thank you Alicia!!!

This house and location was amazing! You are not only right in front of the beach but every restaurant and coffee shop is about 17-2 min walking distance and even you take your car, you can park in the public spots which is not expensive at all. There are multiple grocery stores nearby.

Much to love about this property! Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - all are great. Proximity to center of Folly is perfect. I love star-gazing from the master balcony late night. Both years we strung the breezy garage area with lights and had theme dinner/parties. The decking is perfect. We love the warmth of water and tidal pools right outside the back of the house at the end of the Jetty at low tide. Lots of room for big families! Host is very responsive. I recommend!!

We have stayed at other homes on Folly Beach, but this one ranks above all the rest!!! So comfortable and clean and the views are amazing. The Hostess is top notch and is able to help you with any questions and Sooo accommodating!!! I hope we can come back to this property in the future!! This is our second time at this house...we love it😊

This was our 2nd time at this property- we love it here! Grateful for Alicia and her staff making this an amazing vacation. The home was just as magical as we remembered from our 1st stay. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We love this place and the memories we were able to make with our family and we hope to be back very soon! Thank you for renting out this place to us! 😁

The house was big, enough rooms for 5 couples, plus an additional sleep sofa. We had 5 couples, each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great setup for entertaining in the house or in the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Within 6 blocks walking distance to everything. Alicia our property manager was very professional and flexible to accommodate decorating the house for the birthday girl prior to check-in. Couldn't ask for anything more. Absolutely perfect weekend!

We had a wonderful time with our family ranging from ages 17 to 91. The decks and the views were amazing. The elevator for luggage and the fact that it was pet friendly were added bonuses. The host was a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

This aging beach house on an active coast had everything our family (boomer grandparents, millennial kids, one active toddler, and two doodles) needed. We enjoyed the three common areas, the extensive decks, and comfortable beds and furnishings.

We stayed here with our family - 12 total adults and 1 infant (18-months). We stayed for 4 days for our wedding weekend. The house was perfect and the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. The checkin and checkout process was simple and there was no stress involved. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

The house is bright and spacious and in a great location. We were a large group and never felt crowded. Loved the big front decks and beautiful views. So convenient to have access to a large amount of beach chairs and beach towels. We had a bit of trouble with the broken blinds around the house just trying to get light in or not. But would definitely return.

There were 8 adults and 4 kids And a dog. The house had plenty of room for all to enjoy being together or room to sit quietly. We enjoyed the ocean front veiw of the dolphins every morning! Our first two days there was stormy and rainy and kept us inside. But there was plenty of room for adults and kids to have space. We loved our time there and hope to go back again with family. Alicia was very welcoming and quick to respond to any of our questions!

Nice beach house with plenty of room for get togethers but privacy as well. The beach front is somewhat challenged by tides, difficult to walk along water unless low time but the house deck and sunroom were lovely. Some issues with broken things but very relaxing space and views.

Everything was extremely easy and convenient, from booking to checkin/out, and property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and most accommodating for 4 families with multiple children. Three Master Suites and 2 multiple bedrooms provided plenty of privacy, while the common rooms easily handled the whole crowd together. Two full kitchens made feeding our large group very easy. Our second Family Holiday in this beautiful house, and hopefully not our last!

House is very welcoming..the twenty-somethings in our group said it "felt like home" ..lots of spaces to hang out..deck was awesome..our son surfed right in front of the house one day..we could walk to "downtown Folly"for restaurants..shopping..and different vibe than summer..lots of stars at night and we had lots of sunshine! Pros: Beautiful home. Right on the beach. Lots of room and the ability to spread out. Master suite has a private beachfront balcony and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The house was very clean and the checkin was very simple. Pets are welcome & there’s a great little fenced-in area for you to take them out. Con: (full disclosure: we do not like to complain and also have strangers pop in on our vacation so we did not contact the owners across the street but then they live across the street so the assumption would be they stay pretty aware of the house). The air conditioning wasn’t working in the little apartment making it pretty unusable. There were boards on the pier popping up. We had toddlers so my husband nailed them back down. The cable was weird. Kept saying an unused box needed to be unplugged. We ended signing into all our streaming so that was fine. And the blinds on the windows. They were disintegrating. Throughout the house there were slats missing. No big deal. But the blinds on the door heading out…every time we raised them up slats kept falling out. We ended up having to take it down to keep it from completely disintegrating. All in all, it is a beautiful home and if you have a large group and want a home right on the beach this could be for you. And since the owners do live right across the street I’m sure they could have addressed some of the issues. And the little fenced-in area for my little pups? Super great.
