NEWLY RENOVATED IN AUGUST 2023, The Oasis is a private and luxurious PET FRIENDLY, 4 BEDROOM/3.5 BATH home that comfortably SLEEPS 10 GUESTS and is nestled among shade trees and blooming hydrangeas just steps from the beach at Folly Beach SC. With double, wrap-around porches, open living spaces, well-appointed gourmet kitchen, and professionally decorated coastal-inspired interiors, this home was designed for a vacation full of fun and relaxation with family and friends.
On the main floor, you'll find an open living room with abundant comfortable seating, complete with a fireplace and french doors leading out to the porch allowing for indoor-outdoor living for families and large groups to spread out. The well appointed chef's kitchen with gas cooktop, French-door refrigerator, wall oven and microwave includes everything you'll need for preparing mouthwatering meals. The dining area includes a table that seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the nearby breakfast bar. Wake up to a day full of fun-in-the-sun opportunities in the main floor primary suite with KING BED and a large, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, step-in shower, and custom closet. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a guest room outfitted with 2 QUEEN BEDS with an attached Jack & Jill bathroom with a shared connection to a guest room with 2 TWIN BEDS. Additionally on this level, you'll find a second primary suite outfitted with a QUEEN BED and private en suite bathroom with direct access to the expansive second story porch.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with out team for additional details.

Family Beach Vacation at this property. Great location and had a pool. Pool was dirty despite a visit from pool maintenance. Main floor of home was HOT. A/C issues, unfortunately, were not fixed during our stay. Property managers did refund one night as we cut trip short due to the problem.

We had a great stay at the Oasis, celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. It was large enough to accommodate 8 adults without everyone feeling like they were on top of each other. The pool was great as we used it every afternoon when the wind picked up on the beach. It’s a close walk to the beach, my 76 year old in-laws had no trouble getting to and from and we even walked the 4 blocks to town for dinner 2 of the evenings.
The house had everything we needed and it was very comfortable, we all felt right at home.

Overall my family and I had a great time staying here. The house was in an EXCELLENT location and walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and bars. The house had all kitchen necessities which was very nice and came with a starter kit like toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Additionally, the rental company went above and beyond with communicating and was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. The rental company was so NICE!! Like I want to be their friend bc they seemed so sweet LOL jk but you get my point.
However, the house itself is definitely not deserving of 5 stars. The quality of the linens were below average for the sheets and towels. The towels were so bad we went out and purchased new towels. The beds were uncomfortable. The electricity also had some issues maybe due to being an older house. If a dishwasher or laundry was running lighting in the dining room and kitchen would flicker on and off.
Despite that I would definitely come back again in the summertime!

The house looked just like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. Any issues we had were addressed immediately (the only issue was the pool just looked like it needed more chlorine). The staff was very responsive to any texts that were sent. The only issue with the house itself was the flickering lights and the main floor was super hot despite being set at the lowest allowable setting of 70. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

My friends and I stayed at this property for my bachelorette get away. It was such a beautiful spacious house - plenty of beds, bathrooms,
hangout space, etc. The pool area and front porches were our favorite places to relax and hangout. Its a two minute walk to the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to the market, restaurant/bars, and shopping. Everything you need is right there! Hoping to come back soon!

My friends and I stayed at this property for my bachelorette get away. It was such a beautiful spacious house - plenty of beds, bathrooms,

The property has a great floorplan and location close to the beach. E Ashley is a main cross street and busy, but closed windows insulate the noise. Plentiful towels and linens. Adequate kitchen equipment.
The property needs maintenance - there were incomplete repairs for water leaks, porches were grimy and the grill was unusable.

This is a beautiful property about 1-2 blocks from sitting on the beach. Amazing backyard with pool. Could have been cleaner, ceiling fans and porches. More porch furniture for dining (only 2 chairs for table). Needs new washer, moldy.

My family and I had such an amazing stay at this house. My three year old calls it our seashell house, which is so cute! The house is deceptively close to the beach, which is amazing with three kiddos and all of the stuff to lug around. The pool was perfect, especially with the heat option since our stay was in October. There are a lot of stairs, but totally worth it! Everything was cleaned to the max and we felt very comfortable there even in these trying times. We will be booking this house again in the Spring and we cant wait! Also, the property manager was amazing and willing to help at all hours! Thank you so much!

Communication with property management was awesome. Full disclosure in description should include you have to pay additional for the pool to be heated. New owners since July of 2020 have some work to do to bring this property back to the expectation you have when viewing pictures online.

It is a great home with a pool and yard. Perfect for my dog. We walked the beach each morning. lots of places to eat nearby. Minor issues with pool cover, laundry machine buttons, but contacted maintenance and they came right over to fix. Only disappointment was that I rented hoping to use the elevator for a friend with a hurt leg. It is not available for use and labeled as a "service elevator" so he had to walk the stairs. Otherwise a great place!

The Oasis is a beautiful home. The open floor plan and spacious kitchen made spending time together playing games and cooking a very enjoyable experience. All the bedrooms and bathroom are very large; beds are comfortable and linens are good quality. There are plenty of towels. Staff with Luxury Simplified Retreats responded to our questions immediately. We asked to have the temperature of the heated pool increased a little and they came right away. The heated pool is a great addition especially since our vacation was in January! Although this house is a few blocks from the beach it isn't far at all due to the blocks only being one house deep. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and hope to go back in the spring or fall when the doors can all be left open.

Pleased with the service prior to the visit, the offer of restaurant information, any needs we might have etc.. The house was exactly as we were told and seen on the website. Disappointed the elevator did not work for Dad, but he managed being on the main floor. Also the light for the pool was out so that made evening swimming tough. The house was large enough for all of us, the kitchen was fully equipped, and enough linens for all!

This home is magnificent! I have vacationed on folly beach many times and this house has to be one of the best I have ever stayed in. A great layout for families, beautifully furnished and a perfect location. One block to the beach and four blocks to downtown. We especially enjoyed the large wrap around porch and the exceptional pool. There was nothing better than coming back from a hot day at the beach and spending a few hours in a cool pool. The luxury simplified staff are fantastic and are available at anytime for questions or problems. I wouldn't rent a vacation home with any other agency.

The Oasis is an excellent facility for a family vacation. The location is excellent for access to the beach and downtown. The pool was a big hit for the grands ages 8 to 12 as well as the adults. The concierge (Haig) was a big help and very professional. The facility was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and coffee. I would recommend this place to all my friends without hesitation. In town The Crab House was a big hit.

The house is fabulous, the location perfect, the landscaping amazing, and the pool super fun. We stayed with our 3 adult children, their spouses, and kids. Each family took a room and we had the master suite, which is especially lovely. Everybody was comfortable and the common areas were large enough to accommodate us all. The beach is a very short walk away and returning to relax around the pool afterwards is soooooo nice. We took turns cooking dinners in the well appointed kitchen and everything you need is already there. We had a blast. Highly recommend!!!!!

Management was friendly and responsive. A member met us to give us a quick orientation. When we had a small issue, they were there right away.
