Parfait hôtel pour le séjour en famille

Les piscines sont superbes, les serviettes à disposition. La chambre est grande. La plage est juste en bas de l’hôtel. L’hôtel est plutôt pour les familles avec les enfants. Il y a la possibilité de changer l’argent sur place. Juste à côté de l’arrêt du bus pour le parc National et Georgetown, très pratique

la restauration était bonne et pratique le cadre est magnifique, bel extérieur

trop d’humidité dans les chambres malgré un ménage fait tout les jours, notre linge était humide. pas très moderne, pas d’application sur la télé (netflix, youtube….)

Spacious room and enjoyable retreat

Spacious room. Has a sitting area in the room and on the balcony. Table space for 2 persons to do work with a computer. The pool was big enough for a good swim. Like the deep side where no one is sitting around and no kids playing. Large garden area to lounge by the sea.

The open-air parking which can be full during peak times.

Tolles Resort

Nettes Personal, zuvorkommend und kompromissbereit. Tolles Resort für das Geld. Pool ist super, die Anlage ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, es gibt viele Liegen und man bekommt Handtücher. Zugang zum Strand, aber wegen den Quallen schwimmt niemand dort. Trotzdem hat es in der Nähe tolle Strandbar wo man essen kann und Abends Feuerwerk oder den Fire Hunters zuschauen kann. Bett ist seeehr groß gewesen, toller Ausblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Very Disappointed

Grassed area outside was nice drinks were expensive.

The hotel is old really needs a renovation. There were no hand towels, the sheets were put on sideways so my husbands feet were touching the mattress. There was a conference on with hundreds of young people walking through the hotel lobby very noisy no consideration for other guests having breakfast The air-conditioner was like a train running very noisy. I found the staff inexperienced with customer service. The coffee machine at breakfast made one at a time There was a line up of 6-8 people waiting most of which were annoyed at the time wasted waiting for a coffee. I wouldn't stay here again very disappointed.

Worth the money

Maybe they can make changes to their parking as stated that there are free parking however when I entered the car park is full and I couldn’t find a parking.

Terrible hotel, waste of money

The hotel staff was polite and understanding.

This hotel is run down. When entering your floor with the elevator you immediately smell a musty, moldy smell. The carpet on the floor should have been removed ten years ago. The room was very very moist, there were black moisture stains in the sofa, even the towels in the bathroom had a really bad smell because it was so moist. The bathroom was not clean, there were stains on the toilet and in the bathtub, and there were hairs from the previous guests. The aircon in the room did not work properly, it could only be set on a freezing temperature, and it did not make the air drier. I had some wet clothes hanging in the room to dry overnight but they stayed as wet as the day before. After one night I asked the hotel staff if I could switch to another room, they were very understanding and arranged another room for me. In this room the bathroom was a bit more clean but the moist problem was the same. The towels also smelled bad here, so again I requested fresh towels. Because I already made a payment before my holiday I stayed the second night. Luckily I had booked only two nights here, if not I would have looked for another hotel.

Overall stay, I was satisfied and family felt so holiday mood.

Breakfast have many choices till my stomach so full loaded. The pool are superb but miss out to try the other pool side with playground. The beach is fine. We even tried horse riding. It was fun. The kids playland a little bored because of age barrier, my kids refused to go for second time. The superior are comfortable and feel like slight bigger than deluxe, I think.

We felt happy and joy when we stayed at this Hotel in Battue Fringgi comparing of our staying in Bayview Hotel In George

- Swimming pool. - Much better and cleaner than Bayview Hotel In Georgetown Penang which was too filthy. - Much suitable for leisure time of tourists. - The breakfast was much better and more diversified than Bayview Hotel In Georgetown Penang.

Toilets were not that clean.

Never come here again

The most disappointing is feeling cheated about the price. Because the price of the room that i have booked for 3 nights on booking.com is much different from the price at check-in reception. The booking.com price is Rm1540 but at check in the price jumps to Rm1837! It doesn't make sense if the price includes tax! The hotel reception also did not give any receipts! And I'm also a little disappointed because the full sea view is blocked by other hotel buildings and trees.. even though I have requested a high level. The balcony is not clean because you can see some hairs and dirt on the floor. the room was also not swept clean, still dusty and a little dirty. The bathroom sink is also clogged.
