Très bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix

La résidence est bien placée et hyper sécurisée. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont excellents. La piscine à débordement est bien entretenue. Accès à la plage à pied. L’appartement est très spacieux avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Les 2 salles de bain sont un gros plus lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants.

Des petits détails … Je n’ai jamais réussi à faire fonctionner la plaque de cuisson 🥲 Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de rideau tamisant dans le salon (uniquement un occultant). Nous étions dans le noir ou à la vue de tous ! Une carte pour toute la famille est peu sachant que nous en avons besoin pour nous déplacer dans tous les endroits de la résidence.

Good location and facilities, easy access to beach, great swimming pool

Good location, easy to access and park, pool was lovely, nice children's' play area. Apartment was spacious and had a washing machine and drier

Air conditioning unit leaked (host sent maintenance to investigate). Would be good to have more tableware available, e.g. cups. Triple bed in second room was not large enough to accommodate two adults and a child as advertised

Great facilities and close to beach and town

Well appointed . Good location, close to public transit and many restaurants. Apartment is excellent.

The view from this unit, as it is low down and facing the street /mountain is not as good as one facing the beach. This is mentioned extensively in the writeup though and the pricing takes this into account. I just didn't realize how beautiful the beach view would be. Looking back, wish we had had a view of the beach. The location and facilities were excellent.

Best Stay Ever! ❤️❤️❤️

It was so clean, comfy, and quiet. I just couldn’t wait to get back to the house after a looooooong day of jalan-jalan in the city. It was so perfect.

The ceiling fans were noticeably loud, to be honest. It was a little hard to ignore when sleeping.

Highly not recommended !

The hotel disturbed us on a daily basis under the excuse of checking the room and air con. We asked them not to do this since the first day but they did not listen and continued to do so throughout our entire stay. This behaviour has severely impacted our rest. In addition, their extremely arrogant staff never apologized . highly not recommended!

Enjoyed the facilities provided in the suite and the condominium

Would have appreciated if the floor to be cleaner because almost every room of the suite; the floor is quite dusty.

Nice property with basic amenities

The property is right next to the public beach with some eateries and convenience shop around the corner.

AC in living area not functioning, mattresses are hard, no racks to hold toiletries in the shower cubicles No dustbin in the kitchen area Washing machine and dryer also not functioning well

bad service

checkin time at 4pm and checkout time at 11am..😵‍💫 masuk2 bilik,lantai berpasir..toilet tersumbat..whatapp admin,then dibiar sepi tanpa respon 😏..so all of u deserve 1 ⭐️..before checkin need to go to office about 10km away from hotel to pickup the key..then return back to the office after checkout 🤦🏼‍♀️..1st and last

Love the apartment. Beautiful, huge and clean. Have private parking, near the beach, the pool is great and children love the playground. Awesome place to stay with family and friends 😍

-No mini toiletries such as body shampoo, shampoo and etc are supplied in both bathrooms. So if u decide to stay here please bring ur own. - No wall mirror in the rooms.

Great stay🥰

The room was really spacious, they provide extra mattresses & pillows too. The facilities in the room like washer & dryer is working The security of the place is great, even access from the beach need to use access card, so no outsider can enter the apartment. The location is great, beach is just a 2 mins walk. For food stalls it might takes 5 minutes by car. Overall the apartment is great👍

The ceiling fans were noisy, need service & cleaning. The shower rod slipped off easily, need to repair that. The channel for the television does not work (no or weak signal), the android box keeps updating & never actually works.

Horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY & not exaggerating!

Swimming pool and direct access to the beach but nothing about the apartment.

The owner of the flat and all the arrangements prior to check-in. The flat is very basic for the price you pay. We called the number before checking in but no one answers the calls until we have to call Booking.com and their calls were not answers too. The flat was dusty. The furniture and beds are worn out. OWNER, please not just collect money from your customers. Make it worth the price they pay. If you can not fulfil that, then do not rent it out!

Beautifull place to stay, near the beach.

Check in time 4pm, checkout time 12pm, paying for 1 day stay only few hours Deposit to high RM 300. When checkin dryer was on full towels, washing machine is loaded with soap when I want to use it today. Laundry door is broken. This is already broken when check in. Smelly towels n pillow

Location is very strategic, easy to eat as there are many food stall in front. House is spatious. Common facilities is awesome

Leaking in master bathroom, tv cant be use because the android box is so damn slow. No mineral water, no place to hang your towel. Curtain inside master bathroom also broken

The key need to be collect at the management office, which is far from the properties. I think its better to collect the keys at the properties. Furthermore, the pass card should be given two instead of one. Sometimes, I need to go to GF, to open the door for my family as its required pass card. Besides, there are two rooms in the apartment. I think two pass card is plausible. Other than that, maybe you could provide microwaveable bowl.
