Empfehlenswert!

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke perfekt in einer ruhigen Straße. Ich hatte ein Familienzimmer zur Alleinbenützung, was sich natürlich auch auf den Preis auswirkte. Der Self Check In funktionierte problemlos, das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber. Eine Flasche Mineral sowie verpackte Croissants waren im Zimmer zum Verzehr bereit gelegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche bzw. den Aufenthaltsraum habe ich nicht genutzt.

Das mobile Klimastandgerät war leider nicht nutzbar, weil der Schlauch aus dem Fenster kaputt war.

En el corazón de Viena

La ubicación excelente, cercano a los sitios más importantes para visitar. Es un edifico antiguo con encanto, muy bien acondicionado. La habitación perfecta, con calefacción y camas estupendas, y servicio que viene a arreglarlas y reponer. Nos ha sorprendido lo de recoger las llaves con código, todo perfecto. Calidad-precio ideal. Volveremos :)

El baño a lo mejor necesita una reforma, pero en general muy bien.

Unfortunately it's not worth the money

The location of the hotel and the staff are excellent!

The room was pretty old and unfortunately not so clean. The shower doors are broken. The bed had two mattresses, not one, as it was written in the description of the room. It was quite cool in the room. The elevator is very old, we were scared. We walked up the stairs.

Romantic but unfortunately not clean enough

Τhe location was excellent! I also loved the touch of the old, the spacious room for one person.

I booked the same day of the check in. They never sent me the password to check in, just after I called them at 15.00. Then the called me back again to inform that the room was actually not ready yet. One hour later, while I was hanging around, I asked them when will be the room finally be ready and they never answered the question. I went again to the hotel at 16.30 and although the kind cleaning lady informed me, that the room was ready, the bad was full of curly hair....

The location is really good and also the room

We didn't manage to get into the hotel after following the instructions and codes . Finally, after 20 min call to support and after changing various codes we managed to enter . The Day after we also saw another visitor with the same problem .... and I believe the hotel management had enough time to fix this kind of problems many times before... We were also disappointed with not having approval for late check out.

checkin procedures: these might be common in Wien (I dont know) but collecting the key via self check with difficult chance to enter the hotel before 3 pm is very unconstitutional

Excellent location, kind staff and great heating. Easy to access

We wanted a crib for our 11 month old baby and they approved our request but there wasnt any crib in the room. Besides, room was cleaned every day but they didnt change the sheets.

Superb

This was our first stay in Vienna, but hopefully not least. Hotel is situated in the centre, near all historical buildings and also in touch with big shopping areas. Self-check-in was without trouble and we enjoyed our staying a lot.

Small room and small bed, great location

Amazing location and very easy to check in automatically. It is near the center as well as the metro station. Communication is nice.

The room and bed are quite small, the window has a giant pipe so we cannot actually close it completely. The shower is a bit easy with a simple curtain hanging on top of it, very simple.

Old furniture and plumbing, weak internet. On the day of departure, the electricity in the rooms went out , early in the morning, it was an unpleasant surprise. Had to collect things by the light of flashlights.

Perfect location and spacious room

Just perfect, location in the centre of the centre, very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to drop our luggage. Very satisfied and highly recommended!!!

maybe the location. can’t find anything to like

the self check in was horrible. you had to wait until 15:00 then check in. no room to leave your luggage. but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. rooms so close with another you could hear the next room they way they breathe. the mattresses, omg why do hotels survive with beds like that? my room, 104 number, had broken window , literally broken and the room was cold. please avoid it, if you want a decent stay. it’s a trap, only hipsters could stay there.
