今回も快適でした！

鶯谷駅からすぐの立地と、設備に無駄がなく快適。スタッフは（今回2度目の利用ですが）心配りがあり親切です。

特にありません。たまたま屋上庭園が改装中だったので、次回また、登ってみたいです。

只講得出優點的旅館

離鶯谷站南口很近、服務人員態度很好，房間很乾淨、隔音也很好（住在電梯一出來的房間，也幾乎沒什麼聲音）！附近有超市跟藥妝店，如果從北口出來的話會經過唐吉訶德～

原本認為地處鶯谷站有點小不方便，但是後來發現位置都離行程中的目的地很近，是個適合輕旅行居住的地方。房間設備非常適合一個人獨旅，小但精緻不簡陋，服務人員親切也能幫我解決問題。一樓早餐不錯吃。

Lovely hotel, great value

Nicely designed rooms, easily reached by public transport and a nice cafe/restaurant. Quite good value for Tokyo!

The hotel was very nice, the rooms are basic, but have a comfortable size and the restaurant is amazing!

The downstairs restaurant was very good! All the food was very fresh and delicious. It’s close to a Yamanote line station, which makes it convenient to visit the city.

so far is good, the receptionists helped me a lot.

Location is good, train station is just 7 mins walk. and bus stop just across the crossroad, supermarket is just nearby very convenience. They served napkin for women too. And quick reply on email.

There’s no phone call room service, everytime I need something I need to go down.

the receiptionist are very nice and when it was raining, one of the receiptionist helped me carry my parcel to the post

Convenient location but a bit too small.

It was conveniently located, close to supermarkets and restaurants in case you need food. The room had a bathtub and plenty of plugs. Also, the staff is very helpful and nice.

The walls are not very soundproofed, the room and the bathtub are a bit small. You cannot fully open the window and see the city.

Second time in this hotel, recommended!

Location, close to Yamanote Line. Design, comfortable, good breakfast. Staff ok. We stayed twice in this hotel during our trip in Japan, the best price-quality relationship.

Very tiny bathroom, no space for luggage. Nothing really disturbing.

Hotel is very well located you can find restaurants, bars, attractions at a waliking distance, it is a nice and neet spot. The staff always willing to help. It has an awesome cafe-restaurant on the first floor.

Modestly priced hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff

Lovely hotel, compact but spotlessly clean and well-designed rooms, very helpful and friendly staff

The line for breakfast was quite slow, but the food itself was very good

Fantastic hotel with great transport access.

Comfortable rooms, staff were friendly and spoke good English, great view of Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree from the top floor terrace, decent breakfast and the location is great with Yamanote line around 2 minutes away and the Metro around 7 minutes.

Breakfast is only served from 8 til 10 which meant on a couple of days I had to forgo breakfast as I was up too early. Rooms are pretty tight but that's expected in Tokyo.

Location. Close to station and Museums.

Helpful staff with good English. As it was my first time in Japan that was really important. Good airconditioner. Very clean. Good breakfast . Close to Ugusandani station on a central circular line so excellent. Easy walk to shrines, cemeteries!! Zoo and Art Museums

Tiny tiny room. Just a large double mattress on the floor! I asked if they could move me to a room with a chair! And they moved me to a room with a stool. OK. At least it was cheaper than a lot of other hotels.
