Volvería sin pensarlo 2 veces.

La atención del personal es muy buena, mucha amabilidad. El aseo es excelente y se siente que el lugar está limpio. La terraza para compartir es una pasada y tiene una visita muy bonita de Lloret del Mar. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta ya que está alejada del ruido de la ciudad.

Nada, todo muy bien la verdad.

No cumplió nuestras expectativas.

La limpieza es EXCELENTE. La amabilidad del personal también, EXCELENTE. La habitación estaba reformada y aunque pequeña, era bonita y práctica. Luminosa y extremadamente limpia. El baño también estaba impecable, con buena presión de agua.

Todavía no habían abierto la piscina, lo cual fue una lástima, ya que teníamos muy buenos recuerdos de estancias anteriores. Nos dijeron que era por la sequía, sin embargo el resto de hoteles que pudimos ver, sí las tenían funcionando... La reforma de la terraza, ha eliminado el jacuzzi exterior, que era una pequeña maravilla... La ausencia de jacuzzi y la piscina cerrada fueron una gran decepción, ya que precisamente esas eran los principales atracciones de un hotel sin más alicientes. Un tres *** correcto.

Hôtel très calme et propre

La propreté des chambres. Le calme du quartier. On est pas loin du centre . Le distruteur d’eau partout à tous les étages.

Pas de parking . Très difficile pour stationner et la rue est en pente

Wszystko pięknie do czasu - obsługa na koniec próbuje oszukać swoich gości i wykorzystać nieznajomość języka hiszpańskie

Automat z napojami.

Wiele aspektów na to by mogło się złożyć. Skupię się na najważniejszym - obsługa próbowała mnie oszukać i obciążyć za naprawę dozownika mydła, który działał jak powinien. Po wymeldowaniu się trzeba poczekać 3 minuty aż obsługa sprawdzi czy wszystko jest w porządku z pokojem. Okazało się, że pokrywa od dozowania od mydła była zdjęta. Uznano to za zniszczenie i próbowano mnie obciążyć opłatą. Zapytałam się czy mogę sam pójść do pokoju i zobaczyć ten dozownik - okazało się, że wszystko jest okej i nic nie jest zepsute. Słaba próba oszustwa!

No te esperes demasiado

El precio por una noche de alojamiento. Limpieza correcta. Habitación correcta. camas correctas. desayuno correcto. Para estancias de una noche, de paso.

Insoportable ruido en la calle con las ventanas cerradas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Hotel muy ruidoso, en las afueras de Lloret, en un barrio tipo gueto con unas pendientes a prueba de rodillas. Es un hotel de dos estrellas no de 4. Es muy difícil aparcar

Que du bonheur..

Que des points positifs…personnels aimables petit dej au top enoooooorme lit douillet et confortable Que du bonheur..douche agréable et grande Verre sous protection dans la sdb assez rare pour le souligner.. Vraiment pour le prix très très bon à recommander ++++++

Distributeur savon en verre dans la douche….d ailleurs je l ai fais tombé et cassé ; ( J ai prévenu la direction, sans conséquence pour moi , excusez moi encore … Ou une protection ou un bon vieux plastique. Mais c est vraiment pour dire quelque chose

Spotless Hotel 🏩

I read alot of - /+ reviews prior to me booking this hotel. From my experience my room was cleaned regularly, friendly and helpful staffs. Hygiene level is awesome A mini fridge which was a great deal. Availability of cold and hot water dispenser in the hallway Swimming pool is spotless. Lots of variety in the breakfast 🥣 Very peaceful hotel and shops are nearby Spacious room and our A/C was fine. A bus stop outside the hotel I will be back again.

Great place to stay in Llorer Del Mar, stuff help with parking and picking up the car after your staying, great service!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, stuff helps with parking the car outside, this is highly valuable is such tight streets

Lovely but no pool

Very nice spacious rooms, bit outdated but lovely. The breakfast had a great selection of foods and drinks, with some good music playing to set a lovely mood. The rooms were massively spacious and had a balcony which we could sit on.

My friend found a mouldy sausage in his fridge, room was clean but this was very off-putting. When we arrived we were told that the pool and hot tub were not in order so we couldn't go swimming. That was our main reason for staying here.

The bedroom was simple but good enough, clean, staff was very kind. The price is correct.

There is No parking for customers.

A good choice for saving money...

Th room was big and nice. I had bathroom had a bathtub. I was asking for late checkout and I could stay until 3pm for free:)

The room was very cold. It was freezing even with two extra blanket. The sauna is 30Euro for one hour... The rooftop terrace is under maintenance. You can go up but it's not nice....

VERY POOR

Nice bed

Hotel was on a very steep hill and parking very very hard. Both of the bars where closed , so you could not get a drink or something to eat durling the stay.

was out of season but still had an excellent service, we took our dog and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice and freshly made...

What a great staff! The terrace is amazing, you should definitely have some coffee there!

I loved the staff at the reception - Rositsa was exeptionally sweet and kind, going the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and happy! It made our holidays truely speacial with her attitude!
