Parfait

Breakfast was good each morning. The staff were all very friendly, in particular Miguel who worked at nights he was extremely friendly and very helpful.

There is some noise at night due to people leaving the bars, but nothing that the hotel can do about that.

Not a Spa and disappointing

Not a 4 star Spa. Not a Spa at all and below standard. Small pool, poor rooms. Beds are more like stretchers, bathroom outdated. Very poor value for money. This is a 2 star facility.

The hotel is ideally located and while a little crowded with sun loungers around the pool it was just perfect for a week long break with the family

It was fine, but we wouldn't stay again.

We enjoyed the large jetted tub in the bathroom and the lavender bath salts. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which can be hard to come by in Europe but is absolutely necessary in the blistering hot summer months. Finally, we liked that there was a large, clean supermarket right across the street.

The hotel is ~10 min walk to the beach. You are in a beach town, yet nowhere near the water. The streets in the town are incredibly narrow and there is no place to park while checking-in. The elevators in the underground parking garage didn't work, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. The entire hotel felt highly trafficked and a little dirty, especially the hot tub that had stuff floating in it, murky water, and used cups sitting around. The towels felt threadbare. The diffuser in the room smelled awful - we had to put it on the balcony and open the windows to air out the room. The window/balcony door opened to an alley, which amplified sounds from the street and pool area (especially "fun" during karaoke night at the pool). We couldn't wait to check out.

The location was good, just far enough away from the busy area so was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine and the pool was good.

We stayed for a week and did not feel welcome, was a pity as we had read really good reviews and we're looking forward to celebrating my partners 30th birthday there. Would not return.

Great location, staff and breakfast!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time here, I always get anxious booking a stay at a hotel we’ve never been to, but the Cleopatra didn’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly and very patient listening to me speak broken Spanish to them all week. Location was perfect and the pool was so good, it was busy without being crowded and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves! If you go, make sure you visit pub and bar ‘Cheers’ across the road! Drinks are fantastic and the owner Johnathon really made our holiday better.

The beds aren’t double beds but two singles, which isn’t a huge issue as it’s boiling there in the summer but made it slightly uncomfortable. The safe in our room also wasnt working, however I never complained about it and if I did I’m sure they would’ve fixed it. Thank you Hotel Cleopatra we’ll be back next year!

The property was very tidy and clean, great location. the staff were exceptional. Great value for money, highly recommend the breakfast buffet and cocktails. cannot really fault this hotel.

The only thing that bothered me, was that smoking was allowed anywhere around the pool side, I know this is a Spanish thing, but when you are a non smoker, it would be nice to have an area where you could eat and relax, without smoking be allowed. This is just a personal preference.

Lovely stay

Staff very friendly. Room was perfect for a family of 5, as we had connecting rooms so the children could have their own and be safe. Quiet location but just one street away from busy area. Good size supermarket opposite. 10 minute walk to beach. Car park was away from hotel but secure. Pool was a little small but still fun

Nice staff but lacking four-star quality

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The pool was crowded and the 'spa' was inaccessible due to it being full of children. The hotel was very noisy, to the put where you could hear the families in neighbouring rooms and also in those above.

The plastic chairs and tables at the pool side made the beautiful terrace look a bit cheap ,but it’s cheap for food and drinks ,so it didn’t matter a great hotel for the price
