Bellissima struttura, ottima accoglienza. Camera spaziosa. Palestra super attrezzata ! Grande piscina . Ringrazio in particolare Sujata Tharun Paris per la sua gentilezza, professionalità e super disponibilità

Staff were nice and kind and only the reception area is made nice rest is the worst, old and noisy hotel which’s mostly sounds like 1 night stand place
Loud noises from the bar/club plus very loud people and you would wake up at night by the sounds of others having fun in their bed in other rooms, also the room facilities are very poor very old dated and nothing modern to the price in this hotel, 5 different taxes i was charged and the price shown was changed at checkout
3.8
Nice spot and close to city just 15 minutes walking and also close to the see
Great beds and nice room
Friendly staff
We got free water and coffee every day
Amazing outside and rooftop pools
There are buttons to press to tell the staff to clean up or not to disturb (no need to hang out the sign on the door)
Power plug without cover
Small shower
Cleaner rings the doorbell even though there is a quiet sign on the door
Toilet paper too close to the toilet
Socket not close to the bed
Breakfast is too expensive considering the few options they provide

Personel był bardzo miły, obsłużył nas o późnej godzinie bez problemu.
Niestety wilgoć robi swoje, w pokojach było bardzo wilgotno, a przy wyłączonej klimatyzacji woda ścieka po ścianie.

We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.
No free Parking facilities.

Tried to put us in a smoking room when we arrived and said they only had smoking rooms left - if this was an option on booking.com we would have ensured to choose no smoking but it was not an option. Building smells of smoke, loud music all night from nightclub, rooms are ok but not that nice for the price you can find much better.

Very good value for money, overall.
The the ladies at reception were very nice. I didn't have to wait when checking in and out.
I liked Little Soho. The pizza is the best I've had in a long time, made fresh in full view! The staff were very nice. The ambiance is great, too
The room was very comfortable and clean. Best night's sleep I've had in ages.
The staff in Easy Tiger were quite brusque and unfriendly when I went in, so I left and had a great time at Little Soho instead.
The shower was tiny.

the hotel is clean and well maintained, considering the fact that the hotel is one of the firsts in the country. the location is second to none, with the pool being one of the biggest in the city. there are a lot of activities that can make anyone busy and numerous restaurants that are being shared by both the hotel and Le Royal Meridien. the health club is also decent and has a squash court. rooms are clean and carpets are maintained nicely at least for our room.
the rooms I think if not the smallest, at least one of the smallest we've ever stayed at. a shower that is really puny and sinks and fixtures that are dated and broken. check-in was also a bit terrible since we had to wait for an hour before we got our rooms. there was also no free parking around so make sure to be aware of the parking areas allowed to avoid fines. dinner was so-so and breakfast was a bit bland. nothing to say with the staff though who we encountered since everyone including the receptionist who made us wait for an hour was as hospitable and as respectful as possible.

Not crowded, comfortable room, nice pool; very good dinner; not too far from the airport
Dinner quite expensive; room prices may vary significantly depending on the dates (on our trip back we stayed in another place); you feel like staying in the middle of nowhere

Very nice breakfast, large clean rooms with comfortable beds and very friendly staff. We even got free room upgrade (bigger room), which was nice. I especially liked the large pool outside and unlimited use of gym. You can have lunch in restaurant, which is part of the hotel and offers tasty seafood staff, chicken, draught beers and coctails.
