Good sleep quality
Breakfast very limited choice .

The hotel is situated among lush garden, vast and beautiful lotus pond that give a sense of tropical calmness.
Due to the Gym room is a closed space with a glass wall but their air condition doesn't work ... So the ventilation is terrible, please fix it
The process of payment was even difficult and confusing, though it was solved later

The location of the resort is wonderful. You are immersed in nature, everything is calm and relaxing. The bathroom is big, you can either take a bath or a shower. I loved the breakfast, there's a lot of choice for every taste.
I really didn't like the air conditioning. No matter how I set up the speed of the air con fan and the temperature, it always go at maximum speed. As a result, the air con is noisy and at a certain point you have to turn it off because you are freezing

The place is so beautiful. The pool is very clean.
The breakfast is with no variety.

The best things in this hotel were a spacious room/bathroom, greenery views and good location.
It was not worth paying.
(We paid 8424 baht for two nights).
Even though before booking, I searched and decided to choose this hotel because many reviews said that this hotel is the best hotel in Phitsanulok.
The fact that I'm slightly disappointed.
- My room was a bit smelly old.
- The minibar in the room was horrible because it had only two bottles of drinking water and coffee sachets (I expected that it should have had some nuts or some carbonated drink, same as the other hotel at high-star level hotels).
- Many parking lots but there had a shortcut from parking to room directly without any security guard or lobby observation.
- Last but not least, there had no massage or spa services. Even the name of this hotel is Pattara resort and SPA.
- Lastly, the service was not really friendly and not good as many other hotels.

Love the design of the resort. Excellent pool and comfy bed.
It would be easy to improve the resort - for example, there needs to be extra lighting at night - it's very dark.
Breakfast isn't as good as varied it should be for the price. But quality is OK.

breakfast is good. The room is big.
Wardrobe is very small. Bathroom door is very difficult to open or close. It’s pretty funny that the shower room and the toilet stay in the same area and there’s no door. When we took a shower the toilet was also wet and messy.

We know this hotel for over about 10 years and when we stop by it always feels like switching off all the hustle and bustle around you.
AC wasn't working as it has to be.

Great rooms. Great pool and grounds. Great location.
Breakfast choice reduced from past experience and pre-covid, but price of room not. A shame as the breakfast choice there used to be excellent. Still, I will keep coming back here.
A pool attendant (or call button) to receive food and drink orders poolside would have been nice.

Stunning pool, lake and gardens, comfy beds and decent breakfast options.
No real complaints but small things like having extra toilet paper, and the deluxe rooms should have a proper coffee machine, even a small espresso one, instead of that horrific instant coffee - particularly for the price.

Totally gorgeous pool area and architecture ..great rooms, fast wifi, the breakfast buffet on the weekend was great, on Tuesday I was the only guest so they cut it down a bit. But still very good. Attentive staff and amazing atmosphere . I think one of the if not the best resort in that area.

The reception ladies were professional and very nice (they tried all ways to book an outside beauty treatment but.. Fully booked.) As well as the young boy driving around resort's customers, the housekeeper so very gentle, and all of the staff. Always ready to help. Honestly, great service, The property offers spacious rooms with extra big bathrooms, romantic canopy beds and modern wood style furniture. There's a fitness room, a library, a spectacular swimming pool, all of them surrounded by a tropical garden making the atmosphere extremely relaxing. I enjoyed myself soooo much!
.. Unfortunately the Spa was unavailable and the city spas were mostly fully booked. Next time then!
5.0
the room, the pool, the beautiful lotus pond, the charming staff, the cleanliness, the location near night markets and temples, the food at breakfast and dinner, the quietness, and last but not least, the big bathroom
a better wine list and a cocktail after dinner would have been nice

I never imagined a resort would blow my mind but entering this one got my jaw dropping a few inches, I've never seen anything quite like it. Such a brilliant design, amazing taste, great landscaping and architectural ideas. You can really see that no corners were cut and that enormous means and talent went into building that place which wants your admiration even more than your money.
This deserves at least a detour on your way to or back from the north, if not a dedicated trip.

Pool surrounded by hundred of lotus is the most stunning scenery, one of the best I have every visit. I feel like the water in the swimming pool is a temperature adjusted heating water. Quite comfortable.
We had a bad TV in the first place, but ok after replacing a new one.
