Det hele var godt. Særligt maden var helt fantastisk. Derudover bookede vi tur igennem hotellet, og Mr. Thong aka Tom var virkelig god. Også tak til god chauffør Mr. Hūng 😀

Wonderful 18 hour stay in this beautiful oasis. Semi private pool in front of our unit.
We didn't have enough time to enjoy the space.

Gorgeous design and amazing landscaping. So peaceful and even though you had to walk a distance to get to the different areas, it was so beautiful that it was a pleasure.
As we were checking out a staff member informed me that I would have to pay a 100k VND cleaning fee for a stain I left on one of the pillows. I asked to see a photo and was shown a mark from my lip balm, which washes right out with regular laundry detergent. I gently but firmly indicated that I wasn't going to pay a cleaning fee for a mark that wasn't a stain or any form of permanent damage and they relented, but considering the size and nature of the mark on the pillow I was really surprised they would bring it up at all, and disappointed. It soured the end of my experience and I wish that someone had shown a bit more judgement before determining that I should pay an extra fee for zero damage.

- Beautiful grounds with lots of trees and greenery
- very friendly and helpful staff
- great food diversity for breakfast (dumplings/buns, noodle soup…) and very tasty
- even though the location is not the best (far away from most iconic sites), at least it was very close to the national park Dam Van Long
- the lunch/dinner food: it was very expensive, and lacked flavor. because this hotel is quite isolated, you are stuck having lunch/diner at their restaurant, and the food didn’t meet expectations at all. the worst was the Vietnamese Set 2 (a third of that set did not taste good at all)
- the rooms terrace didn’t have any chair/furniture to sit outside, which was very surprising
- not only the bicycles were not in good shape, but also we had to pay to use them, which was quite surprising… especially since we stayed at other hotels in Vietnam which had much better bicycles which we could use for free

Beautiful rooms and garden. The food was delicious and the facilities with gym, spa indoor pool etc were perfect for colder days. The setting is beautiful and well worth overnight stays and not just day tours from Hanoi.
Parts of the resort needs some maintenance (probably after covid lockdowns). There were few guests at the hotel when we stayed there.

great facilities, very nice and clean and beautiful.
the best part was our tour guide of 2 days - Dong Nguyen. He was amazing and lovely and great for adventurous people. would recommend and a pity he cannot travel with us further as he has become a friend!
some additional signs would be helpful to get around the resort

Overall amazing experience in a beautiful setting, plus the staff were fantastic in helping me with anything on property and arrangement for tours nearby, I will stay here again!

Property needs some TLC, especially exterior paint and grounds. Exterior looks tired

Peaceful, great sized room. Clean. Spa is fantastic.
Resort started renovations so one restaurant and the indoor pool were closed. They did not inform us until a few days before our arrival when we were obligated.to stay.

beautiful, great facilities, amazing rooms
the staff acted very strange towards me and my friend- almost as if they were suspicious of us or somethigg no. we had an awkward time dining in the restaurant because of this.

The grounds are spectacular and there is a nice breakfast selection. The staff is very responsive to requests.
The hotel is dated across both rooms and facilities, but I was prepared for that and made the trade-off for the location. Given we stayed there for the grounds, I was extremely disappointed to learn that bikes are not complimentary and they would not rent bikes for my almost 9 year old and 11 year old to ride around the resort without a parent accompanying them around. This actively destroyed value as the kids were unable to explore the large grounds.

Much better place than I expected.
If you want to feel nature and peaceful, slow life this is the best place. I will defineately come back sooner or later.
There is only one restaurant for lunch and dinner, foods are fine though. Hope there will be some convience store for snack and water.

The location is beautiful.
Most of the facilities were closed for large parts of our stay & the manager did not seem to care that we were paying full price while not having access to the main pool or other rooms.

Quite more remote location. Warm inside pool nice. Restaurant food was good. Staff responsive
Location far for any tourist sites. Older faculty, shower door did not close all the way and floor gets wet. Inconsistent staff, one day deliver ice to room no charge and next day want to charge for same service.
