Good choice

Walking distance to ski center and to restaurants. Parking. Location. Comfortable beds with TV in both rooms. Very good heating system.

Cleaning staff was coming early and, if you were in the apartment, they didn't come again later. Last day, we didn't have electricity in the resort.

Nice hotel but some apartments need a makeover.

The hotel itself is pleasant. Possibly a little dated but overall comfortable, offers pleasant buffet breakfast/dinner and is just a few steps from the town center and gondola. The apartment was spacious.

The room (#304) itself was quite dated and really needs some refreshing. The beds were not comfortable and cleanliness left much to be desired. We had booked several apartments (all privately owned and not serviced by the hotel itself), and quality and comfort level differed greatly between them. It seems you need some luck as to which one is assigned to you.

Very good

The location of the place was very convenient (close to the Gondola) and the room was spacious. The bedsheets and towels were clean. Considering the price, the place is worth a try.

There was a problem with the sink plug in the bathroom - it couldn't be regulated. Although when removed completely it was fine. Also, locking the door from the outside was a little problematic (at least a few attempts were needed). The internet connection was a bit weak.

The hotel is ok, We were staying in one of the buildings of the complex, located behind the main building. The apartment was decent, clean. Close to both ski centers.

It would have been nice if we knew beforehand that we will be staying in different buildings. We were a group of friends and were hoping that we would all stay at the main building or at least one of the buildings. That was the whole point of this trip, to be together at one place. We were divided in two separate buildings. Maybe you can ask that as a special request, but they need to explain better in the description that the room assigning is random. Another thing, it is hard to use the spa when you are not staying in the main building of the hotel. because you would need to go outside and walk in the cold in a robe before and after the sauna.

We loved it apart from the shower.

We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with a balcony off each room. The location was absolutely perfect with views of the slopes. Beds were so comfy and clean. Very warm and spacious with plenty of room to store your cases/skis etc. Kitchen facilities were excellent and if you wanted you could cook a meal as there was everything you could ask for. Great size sofa and dining table.

The shower rail needs to be changed as there was a very rude warning that if you break it then you will have to pay 75bgn !! As this is quite obviously a major problem then the rail needs to be a different design. Also the shower head couldn't be moved to a lower angle and the water just shot straight across to the opposite wall and totally flooded the whole bathroom.

Worst place in Borovets to stay and chances of being scammed into their backup facilities is high.

The only good thing was the location, but not enough when you feel scammed. I've been to Borovets more than 20 times, and this is the only time I can't say positive words about my stay.

This was the worst place I've stayed in Borovets. First, I've been scammed and placed in some of their backup facilities. I asked to be placed in the main hotel building, but no result. It turns out the chances of being placed there are 50-50%. The worst part is that I traveled with my baby, and these private backup rooms where I was "shuffled" were not clean. No facilities, no lobby, no lounge area, and nothing from what the hotel offers.

Slightly dated place but had everything you need, duvet didn't fit the bed for two of us to use, but there as a single duvet in the wardrobe that we used , as our apartment had a sofa bed. Suitable for 4 people . Would have been small if you needed to fit 4.

Great apartments, well equipped and perfectly located near to the ski slopes. Staff were great.

The location was perfectly close to the ski area and shops, there is a hill to battle but that's not really the fault of the apartments.

Duvets could have been a bit larger, they felt like children's size duvets, i struggled to keep all of my body covered most of the nights.

Apartment was good, conformable and in a great location. The hot water valve leaked, meaning we always had a bucket or a towel catching drips 24/7. But overall, good

No ability to request the room be made up, or that we be left alone. Also, the leaky hot water valve in the bathroom was annoying

Relaxing stay

Very good value for a budget stay!

Very convenient location just minutes from everything on foot. Close to the bus stop as well. comfortable couch and bed. Decent table and chairs. great value for the price.

the WiFi was shared with the entire building and the strength was not very good. we managed to stream some shows with minimal buffering and still were able to surf the web.

Large rooms. Kitchenette. Toaster oven. Central heating. Bathtub. floor heating.

The central heating radiators made too much noise during the night. No dishwasher. No washing machine. There was a leakage from the back of the toilet. The toaster oven had no electricity outlet and had to be moved to use.

Excellent apartment, would definitely book again.

Excellent location.. room was alway hot, water very hot, we didn’t use the kitchen but there was so many facilities if you wanted to cook / eat in.

The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. If the floor had been hoovered / mopped it would have been great.

Do not book with PM services, it's not worth it Book directly with Flora

If you book with Flora, you will be able to use the SPA for free, with PM you are not, also with Flora you will get the breakfast, with PM not, so the small difference in the price is not worth it Forget about PM services
