Exceptional

The location is exceptionally beautiful, and the design of the hotel is so nice! Everything was so clean, the bathroom amenities were amazing, and the bed was so comfy. Everyone was so helpful and so kind.

The uniqueness of the room is highly impressed, the kitchen is very equipped and Jacuzzi in the room is super relaxing :) We will definitely go back to stay again !! highly recommend especially a group for ski and snow sport :)

We booked the accommodation for three nights early March. As we drove in from Zürich, we knew that we would arrive pretty early in the day, we were dependent on the hotel to pick us up prior to the official check-in (as Saas-Fee is a car-free village). The hotel had given us their contact details so that they could pick us up once we got there. As we were anxious to go skiing, we were planning on leaving our luggage at the hotel and hitting the slopes while waiting for our room to become available. Without even requesting an early check-in, the hotel prepared our room in advance which allowed us to access our room at 10am (!). The room was very spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. Could not have wished for a better stay in Saas-Fee!

Breakfast was good, but I would suggest to offer some more options (e.g. different types of eggs, bacon, etc.) as it does get somewhat "boring" to have the same, limited offering every morning.

Nice location & infrastructures

- Nice renovated rooms - Beautiful views over the mountains from the balcony - Cool views over the gorge from the restaurant

- Quite sad that the bed is facing the TV instead of the moutain panorama that is visible from the huge window that leads to the balcony - Poor check-in - we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to be present. I expected a better service for a hotel that costs >300$ per night. I understand that the staff may be busy, but please we're in 2023, self check-in should be possible ;)

Lovely small hotel

This is a very lovely boutique hotel with a fabulous restaurant. location is near The Alpin Exoress lift. The host, Mike is very friendly and helpful.

I would have preferred a different blanket that was slightly larger. Plus more information about Saas Fee in the room.

Not just a stay, an EXPERIENCE

-Perched literally at the edge of a gorge, the location is as extraordinary as it gets. Still, everything in town is close, the bus station, cable cars, shops, etc, everything is just a few minutes by foot - With the beautiful and unique architecture of this hotel offers a very special experience. We really enjoyed the seating area with the panorama window, and the balcony with the bathtub. - The bedrooms are also beautifully decorated, well equipped and all the furniture is brand new and comfortable. - Saastal Cards included - great for exploring the area - Delicious breakfast in the extremely beautiful restaurant - The staff were very helpful. I think it’s a family-run hotel, with attentive ownership mentality.

A classy boutique hotel, in stunning setting with 5 star restaurant and super staff.

The hotel recently had a full refurbishment and the results are stunning. The interior lighting, furniture and fixtures are 5 star done with style. The location for enjoying the amazing scenery of Saas Fee with easy access to lifts & shops is perfect. An added bonus - the staff were all great, super personalities and always helpful. We must also mention the restaurant! Contemporary cuisine, local flavors done with adventurous flair and a great wine list to match.

Great stay in Saas Fee- away from the crowd, but only couple of mins from lifts and center

Location next to the gorge, couple of minutes walk to gondola and to center. Excellent room - nice loko & feel, comfy beds and great shower. Liked the breakfast - did not eat at restaurant

I really cannot think of anything material that I did not like

Good

The breakfast was lovely, it wasn't a major factor but the morning sun - shines through where we were sitting beside the balcony which was a little difficult and irrating for the children.

It wasn't convenient that we weren't made aware that we would need to book dinner, in advance. And with three children it was a real hassle to trek out at bedtime and find somewhere else to eat. We were very tired after our trip - so it was the last thing we needed.

Great location

Location is perfect, restaurant has a nice view over the gorge. Nicely decorated rooms, quiet, comfortable. Nespresso machine in the room, good breakfast. we were allowed to check-out late in the evening which is really great as everyone tries to enjoy a full day of snow sports.

Was great and I would love to come back again

Steven who is working at the hotel is a hard worker and very friendly guy. He did a lot to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great just 2 minutes from the ski lift. Free bus from the parking to the hotel. The place is very clean. They even manage to clean our room while we were at the breakfast.

Breakfast is a bit light The mattress is not fixed on the bed, very easy to remove which is, in some moment, not super confy during the night.
