Отличный отель, отличная бухта. Нет толп туристов, есть кафе и бары. Очень уютно
Немного завышен ценник, но для самета это норма

Nice quiet beach
I had the best positioned beach side bungalow
Paid premium price for a bungalow at beach front
I think they should reserve deck chairs
As the price is top of the range .
Get there nowhere to relax as people had taken deck chairs . And we check in at 2 .
It’s terrible everywhere you go people get up at 6/7am put towels on chairs then don’t come back for hours. Should be monitored more .
Wouldn’t let us check in at 1 pm unless we paid $300 bht extra .so room must have been ready .
For top priced room thought that was average

Everything. Comfy and spacious room, good location with beautiful and clean beach. Friendly staff.

Very good. Beautiful room and beach. If there’s a stair in front of the balcony it’ll be even more nice.

nice property to chill. we spend the whole 2 days without leaving as it was super hot outside.
overpriced food that is just average quality and understaffed restaurant
8.0 / 10.0
Well appointed rooms. Cleanliness.
Location on a beautiful bay.
Reception and cleaning staff
Criminal lack of sun loungers to guest ratio.
Slow and confused waiting staff at bar and restaurant.
Restaurant and bar prices exceedingly high given the lack lustre fare on offer. Feel they are trying to monopolise on the isolated location. Better value to be had at the other very basic bar/restaurants sharing the bay.

I love this beach and this hotel — every time use it when I visit Ko Samed. Even if I stayed in other hotels on other beaches, I always came here to eat and spend time on the beach. But this time I was fully disappointed :( Also I've came with my big family and friends and the hotel did not live up to their expectations too.
we had a feeling:
— rooms are not really clean and need in renovation
— staff looks tired and upset
— food in the restaurant was terrible (fried rice with crab, tom yum seafood, cocktails and smoothies)
— breakfast was the same :(
— the price does not value the quality
we thought about 2 nights stay, but moved to other hotel on the second night.
try to visit Khao Yai's hotels of this price range and check the service and facilities. or if you have occasionally have a Time Machine — visit Ao Cho Grandview Hideaway in previous times. something going wrong with this property.

They have a nice beach.
The service is terrible and the place is dirty. We complained about it but they just ignored it like it is normal that people are complaining about it and communication is hard because the staff doesn’t speak english.

Food was not good. Breakfast was okay and dinner was not good at all.

Nice villas near the beach.
Wifi did not work during our stay at all.
At dinner we ordered 3 meals. I got 1. My friend got nothing. After new request only one missing meal came. All three were billed.
English skills not good.

Beachfront suite is a great spot to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment you get to Koh Samet. So kind and helpful, especially Sarat who works at the pier- he went out of his way to help us get a scooter rental. Room was spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast was very poor, more coffee options needed and healthier western breakfast choices. The bathroom in the beachfront suite needs updating, the water pressure is poor and it’s a bit rundown.

The room was spacious and clean and led straight onto a lovely beach with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great. The bed was very comfortable, which is a first in Thailand if I'm honest and I've been many times. There is lots of bars and restaurants close by and you can get a taxi from the hotel to anywhere on the island. If I come back I will stay here again and pay for the beach front rooms as they were excellent. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
There was literally nothing I could possibly complain about.

Breakfast was nice, more fruit would have been even nicer.

the location and the room was comfortable
the cleaning/ daily too
service was poor. it was extremely difficult to get them to clean and leave shampoo etc. they missed the first day despite us being out the whole morning. they did come the next day since we asked twice but didn’t properly clean or leave replacements toiletries. Real shame

The Resort is in a little bay, about 150-200m. They have a restaurant and bar direct at and on the beach, life music and a fire show every evening. At breakfast time it got very busy. Rooms a very nice with enough space for bags. Beach was clean and people reserve beach beds with there towels. But we always found a free one. Beanbags there too.
There are a few other resaurants and bars at the beach, mostly reggae style. The beach is a more quiet area.
On the south end there is a short walking connection to the next much longer beach with many more restaurants. This bars and seems more lively
You could complain about breackfast at the peak time between 9-10. But the stuff did there best to bring the missing food out. You just need to wait 5 minutes

I loved everything about my stay. All the credit goes to Tan the front office manager. Before my arrival, she sent me a detailed mail on how to reach the location, no room for errors. When i arrived i found out that they upgraded me to an ocean view room, i could stay there forever. She planed also my return to UTP airport in an extremely professional way. One of the staff went with me to the shore to help with the reservation and make sure i took the correct speed boat. When i arrived at the Pier a person was waiting for me to take me to the taxi driver already booked. Tan did everything in an extremely professional way, like it's the standard for her. The hotel is lovely, quite beach, ideal for those who want to escape and relax. I feel sorry i spent only 2 days. I would definitely return! Highly recommended for solo travellers! Big thanks.

The room was good and the staff were accommodating.
The beach area wasn't as good as previous visits and generally Samet has fallen into a bit of disrepair and is a shadow of its former self.

Right on the beach and beautiful view.
They cleaned well and you have a nice room/hut with plenty of space for 2.
noise early morning from staff and families.
Some staff were unhelpful and didn’t explain things clearly.
Breakfast was average, staff couldn’t cope when it got busier.

Room was clean
Beds are comfortable
Beach was nearly private, clean.
Rooms are very near to the beach.
Service was very slow at the restaurant
Not enough fruit on breakfast
We don't have hot water at room and they couldn't repair it for 3 days.

The location is simply beautiful. It is one of the smaller beaches on the island but this makes it quiet and peaceful. The resort operates to a high standard. We used kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear for free. Staff were great. The rooms were fantastic. Large, modern, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend it.
The only negative would be the food. The quality was good. However the portion sizes were small and it was very expensive compared to other restaurants on the beach. I would recommend doing your eating and drinking elsewhere.

The beach is pretty and the breakfast (on the beach) was good especially good expresso coffee.
The room was spacious and relatively clean.
Probably good for people wanting to party with late DJ music.
The place was terrible for comfy holidays : landlocked without easy access to any other beaches, such that you are totally captive to the hotel bar and restaurant or very few nearby alternatives, lot's of rooming dogs even sharing your food and peeing on beach seats.
The photos of the rooms and of the beach are quite accurate. What they don't show are the pile of waste that are burned just behind the hotel (smelling all around the complex), stagnant waste water in the middle of the hotel (see photo), and the uncleaned tables of the restaurant.
The place was super noisy due to basic background music (starting at noon until 11 pm, we heard it late in the night while in the room). Moreover, the air conditioning was very noisy (even with earplugs) and smelled very bad. We had a very bad night.
The place is not worth the expensive price paid and does not deliver the standing promissed. This place is
not good for quiet couples and families.
