The camping site is very spacious with a good swimming pool / water park and restaurant with take away option (very handy).
The mobile homes had the essentials and was comfortable.
The staff were very friendly.
The extra things asked (Wi-Fi, towels & bed linen and cleaning service) were too expensive. The bathroom drain was a bit blocked and swimming cap mandatory in the pool.

Cabins were very small

We came at the end of September, so the place was really quiet and half empty, which was perfect. We had a nice mobile home with 3 bedrooms and great terrace. The beach was just across the street (3 minutes), staff very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant and a shop inside, little town of Fertilia very close (with a supermarket and some bar and restaurant) and Alghero is not far away either.

Location is good. Cabin was perfectly clean. Camp is clean.
I dont know where to start. Cabins are so close to each other. Too many cabins. Cabins are everywhere. They gave me the cabin next to the fitness center. Its lights are on all night, ALL NIGHT!!!. Shining like full moon with its terrible white lights. Market is useless! And wait for this part. The (check in) reception told me that they needed one of my ID for the check in procedures for a while. So they kept it. Next day in the afternoon I went to reception to get my ID back. They told me that they were keeping it for me to pay the city tax.So thats why they could not return it to me. I told them why they didnt ask for me to pay it while I was checking in!!! Turns out, city tax is 50 cent for a day. They kept my driver licence to have 1 euro for 2 days!!! This place is like government offices; no logic! Staff is kind but they do not listen first! But I would like to clarify this again; cabin was extremely clean. Towels and sheets were in the packs. Bathroom was perfectly clean. Thanks to cleaning staff.

Great location, the beach is near.
You need to pay extra for bedding and towels. No cleaning supplies for washing dishes. Cleaning isn’t included in the price, you need to do it by yourself.

it is a Ferrari with a fiat 500 engine. Superb location but many things are really bad. Definitely the location and the Restaurant cookery was very good.
we did several requests but none has been satisfied. We were expecting the half board to bu with buffet and instead is a poor choice of to meals. No vegetarian or gluten free option. The breakfast is ridiculous, just a couple of options. Totally missed the details of everything. Their front beach is really bad but luckily at just 2km there are awesome places!

Property as such was nice and pleasant and located fabulously next to the lake/river
Restaurant choices and food quality - and state of cleanliness if the toilets - it was not even a season

Very pleasant compound, clean (both inside and outside) - overall good location
The reception staff (not all of them, just 2 or 3 I didn't catch their name unfortunately) very defensive and with false politeness on their faces and in their words. I just simply asked them why do they advertise the Laguna Blu being on the beach (IT'S NOT ON THE BEACH!!), it's across a small beach and why is that beach so dirty and filthy (in April you simply cannot go on that beach - it's unhealthy pure and simply). Instead of explanations or any other form of customer services they were really defensive and had a lack of knowledge about working in customer services and tourism. I would.t go there second time. I ask for an invoice on the 1st day of the arrival and the reception staff told me booking.com should give it to me (never happened before but I said this is how they work with booking.com). When I got home I request via Booking.com the invoice and their answer was they cannot give it to me anymore I should have requested before!!! Unbelievable worse experience. Read the review the location is quite ok and clean but it's not on the beach how they advertise when I booked. If you go extra season you cannot do anything, their waterpark is closed, the beach across the street is filthy and dirty you have to go some other beaches like Bombardier for example. These was one of the worst experience in last 5 years and I couldn't deduct my expenses because I didn't get any invoice as I requested right at the arrival (like all the booking I do everytime and everytime I received the invoice at check out)

Nice Mobil home, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Terras with table and 6 chairs, it was comforable.
1. Pots fry quickly
2. Screaming Italian children until late in the evening.
3. Noisy "neighbours" you have to be lucky with quiet people next door.

Nice, cozy and clean resort. Perfect for families. Very good food in their local restaurant. Pizza was awesome!
Accomodation (mobile house with 2bedrooms) was spacious enough, well equipped kitchen.
We did not like the beach, it was dirty and smelled very bad because of the seaweed which was literally everywhere. But if you walk 500m further towards Alghero, you can stay on super nice clean beach (Summer Dream). Absolutely gorgeous beach with clear water.

We booked the campsite based on the swimming pools. The website said they were open all year round. When we arrived we were told the swimming pools were closed. We had to travel every day to beaches to swim. The beach across the road is not great.

Overall we spent 2 weeks in the village. We spent more than 3k for a Bungalow without sheets neither towel. No cleaning service was included. Overall this is typical of Sardinian hotel or camping with bungalow: value for money almost near to 0 and super high prices for an island almost dead for foreign tourism. Management not at the level requested. It is a pity since the island is superlative beautiful.
Management, respect for the client paying tons of money for 0 services and poor cordiality.

The location is superb. The Campsite is great and well maintained and the pool was a fantastic attraction for adults and kids alike. Be ware that if you intend to jump in the pool, you are required to have a swimming cap. So if you have your own Speedo swimming cap or otherwise, then take it with you. alternatively, you can purchase a cap for 3€ in the poolside bar. If you have no hair, then you don't need a cap. The animators did a great job to entertain everyone. Our cabin was good and had air conditioning which was a Godsend. There is the usual amenities that you can expect in a campsite such as a convenient store, restaurant, ATM etc.... There is also a well equipped gym. We are an active family and as such found activities such as biking (both road and MTB) as well as Stand Up Paddling (SUP). The Campsite is located in Fertilia which is on the outskirts of Alghero (about 5 km away) along the coastline. Alghero is your typical bustling Italian town with a hive of activity and very busy. If you want to eat out, I would recommend going to Fertilia as opposed to going to Alghero especially during this COVID times.
1. The heat was intense especially for any outdoor activity (but that could be down to the time of the year). By about 10 am it was already 30 degrees celcius.
2. The sleeping space in our cabin was rather tight (family of 4) but then again I suppose there are bigger cabins that one can book.

Location was Ok.
Overall clean.
Dramatically overpriced compared to other locations and not offering much value for the money.
Lots of hidden extras, you pay for air conditioning, second parking place for the car, for the pet (cleaning fee is Ok as it’s common on other places, additional charge per animal per night not), bed linen, sunbeds and umbrella at the camping pool..
Rude and unprofessional reception staff, just because they claim they are customer friendly it doesnt mean they actually are.
Beach close by but rather 3/10 max. You better explore other beaches.

Excellent location very close to the beach, right at a bus stop, though if you prefer well-equipped and maintained beaches, I recommend you to rent a bike and check out Maria Pia or Lazzaretto.
Really nice and helpful staff!
Bring a hair drier if you need it - the wall-mounted one provided is weak and will get hot in your hand, pretty much unusable.
The rental bikes are in sadly in a really bad condition, we had a chain/freewheel malfunction that required an exchange. Thankfully we were close, but it would've been a really bad experience if it had happened further away during the hot day.
The evening programs are very loud and obnoxious. This can be a problem if your apartment faces the stage.

It is very clean. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is like new. The patio is great.
I didn't like the dishes, they are very poor quality and whatever we baked the pan was fried. You need to buy the soap for dishes and hands, the towels are expensive. In the end you have to clean the house or they charge you extra. Also it is more of family resort and you have to be quiet after 10. For swimming pool you need swimming caps. The beach across resort is a little bit dirty, it cannot be compared to other beaches on sardinia.
