Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer mit phantastischen Ausblick.

Was für ein Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang! Ich hatte ein Eckzimmer im 2. Stock mit einem wunderschönen Blick Richtung Alghero und das Meer. Unglaublich schön! Die Villa und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist großartig mit Sitzgelegenheit und Sonnenliege. Das Frühstück gibt es auf der Terrasse als Buffet, das immer schön angerichtet war und viel zu bieten hatte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Checkin auch spät Abends eigenständig über Keybox möglich. Die Lage der Villa ist ruhig am Ortsrand, jedoch erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten Restaurants und den Ortskern wo es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer mit dem Ausblick war phantastisch. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Definitely book!!!

Amazing amazing place to stay- literally 10 minutes drive from Alghero but situated in gorgeous Fertilia - which contains a very lively square for dinner and drinks! The view from the hotel is exceptional and the staff are just wonderful- the breakfast was DELICIOUS (I’m vegan and there were vegan pastries and soya yoghurt every day!!!) thank you Rafaella for the best stay xx

I give 11 marks of 10 !

The location is just perfect. Fantastic place for escape and enjoying the roar of the sea! The view from Levante room is astonishing) Hostess Rafaella is very hospitable and helpful! Breakfast ist very tasty! Psst... this room is ideal for foto sessions in the morning light, but don't tell anyone... ;) Definitely recommend.

I would prefer (but it doesn't spoil the beauty of this hotel by any means! ) that room is lit with warm light lamps for extra coziness )

That's a perfect accommodation, if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place close to nature. All employees of the hotel together with Raffaela are very friendly, kind and supportive. Room is big, light, clean with amazing view on the sea and Alghero. Breakfast is nice with different options (salt and sweet). I difenetly whould come back!

Great views and direct access to the sea. HOT at the height of summer!

Very helpful staff, good breakfast, spotless room, great views over the rocky shoreline, direct access to water and good base to explore the area, including Alghero itself, car needed.

Nothing really. The town itself, Fertilia, created by Benito Mussolini in the 1930s, feels a bit like a gosh town with brutalist architecture in need of repair, great views of Alghero across the bay and relaxed as opposed to Alghero at the height of summer.

The place us easy to reach from the airport by bus (we decided not to rent a car for this holiday) and then few minutes by foot. Check in was smooth, surely the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the breakfast was good with home made cakes, cold meats and cheese and coffee and fruits etc. Rafaella is very nice and always happy to help. Days when we didn't fancy a walk to the nearby beach we would go down stairs and have a dip in the sea just next to the hotel.

We found the bed done a bit in a rash the first day and it seemed that one of the pillowcases was not changed and the pillow itself was an old thin one (not one you would expect in a b&b/hotel). Rafaella provided to it the following day and with some more pillows which was nice. The glass of the balcony door was dirty the check-in day - it was cleaned the day after so no issues. Some of the metal work (i.e. bathroom rake) is fading away and again that is not what you would expect from a well rated hotel). We had to ask for a table for the balcony and were told to take the one of the next door room which was fine. What was not pleasant was the balcony railing full of cobweb so had to clean off before leaning to enjoy the sea view.

Perfect seaside sejourn

Fantastic property right on the sea. Beautiful view and to go to sleep with the sound of the ocean was wonderful. The hostess was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed it outside in the sun while admiring Alghero across the wayer. We loved every minute.

A nice stay with friendly hosts. Villa Grachira is right on the sea (but do take plastic shoes for swimming because the shore is rocky and the descent into the water not very smooth) which is crystal clear, turquoise and perfect for snorkeling. Lovely wiews from the terrace. The Villa is situated in a more "residential" part of Fertilia. We had a very spacious room, a suite in fact, with a large comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a nice bathroom - all as described. Breakfast was ok.

I have to say that Fertilia is a spooky, depopulated town with abandoned buildings in the center (if you can call it that, the town essentially lacks a center), while those that are still inhabited are peeling and in dire need of repair. It looks like it was built in the 1930s with some new developments in the following decades. In all honesty there is nothing to recommed in Fertilia to anybody apart from the fact that it is 10 minutes from the nearest airport and there is a lovely white sandy beach lined by dunes about 3,5 km away (part of that way can be walked on the beach but best to drive). Alghero which is perhaps 5km away is quite nice.

Wonderful view

This hotel has a unique location near the sea and a wonderful view.. we booked a Suite and I think everyone should book a Suite because I cant imagine how small must be a different type of room… You definitely must rent a car or a bike because otherwise this island just does not follow the bus time schedules-wish we knew

-The breakfast is very very average, but I liked the prosciutto, cheese and the best chocolate croissant -The bed had a soft mattrace and it was not comfortable -It was quite hot when we arrived in the room and it took about 4-5 hours until the room was fully air conditioned -breakfast is served from 8:30 which I never experienced nowhere before

An amazing place , beautiful and quiet with stunning view on the ocean

It was a perfect stay, the host was incredibly nice , the room modern and comfortable with an amazing view on the ocean. Breakfast served in the garden offered everything you would like and direct access to the ocean is also a plus.

Villa Grachira is literally in front of the sea: you can have your breakfast in the large terrace listening to the sound of the sea and then go for a swim via the private stairs. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Finally, from Villa Grachira it's quite easy to reach other beaches nearby or get a bus to Alghero and see the old town.
