It was close the airport. The staff was friendly.

The advertised a 24 shuttle but it doesn't start until 4am. It took hours to get our sheet for the pull-put beds which was frustrating since we had an early start.

Perfect accommodation for in-between travel !

The service and breakfast were outstanding. They offered a super healthy delicious buffet.. I particularly liked the fresh green juice consisting of fresh celery , spinach and basil… wow! front desk staff were helpful and the shuttle was prompt… I would most certainly book to stay again.

C'est l'hôtel idéal quand le vol Air Transat arrive à minuit et que le vol retour est à 7h du matin ! Il est conforme à tous les hôtel de cette chaine, c'est propre et confortable, fonctionnel, sans fantaisie mais il répond au besoin exprimé. Une petite bouteille d'eau offertes, d'autres sont proposées mais payantes. Cafetière avec dosettes offertes. Un petit réfrigérateur. Une navette gratuite le relie à l'aéroport toutes les demi heures. On n'entend pas le bruit des avions. La piscine est à l'ombre, hélas.

The location next to the airport

The person Maria at the reception, was not able to use another credit card, as the first attempt did not work. She insisted I had to pay her in cash. She was not able to aboard the booking. And start a new one, to try the credit card one more time. She seems to smell like alcohol as well and had red eyes.

Good stay, neighborhood around hotel is extremely dangerous.

Room was clean but they had the most uncomfortable pillows ever, thin as a piece of paper

It was impossible to get in touch with the property via the booking app. Their phone number listed was out of service. Never got in touch with the property u till I actually made it to the hotel.

Generic American style hotel room

American style run of the mill small hotel room, coffee bar and restaurant, shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes

Didn't get a room with 2 queens and a sofa bed that was booked, my grandson had to sleep on a roll away and we had to call housekeeping July times before they brought it. Overpriced.

Great location with great accommodations.

First off the location is great. right across the highway to the airport. That's a big plus because there is a shuttle that will take you directly to the hotel. You don't have to be hassled by the San Jose airport taxi drivers! Next, There is a shopping center with restaurants and a Walmart with a grocery store adjacent to the property. This came in very handy during our stay. The rooms are clean and we even had some tropical birds pay us a visit each morning on our window.

No free breakfast. They do serve breakfast for a fee. We pasted and walked to walmart for an affordable harty option.

It was perfect for what we wanted. Will be staying here again!

Near the airport with free shuttle. Food and bar service at the hotel very good, PLUS other restaurants within walking distance.

Communication at the front desk was tricky. Clarifying which room should be billed as having 3 adults and which should have 2 adults wasn't possible. We sorted the finances between ourselves.
