Won’t be back not worth the money

Location

Cleanliness was bad, toilet roll holder not serviceable had to put toilet paper roll on floor or toilet brush holder No soap in either the hand basin or shower. Shower curtain filthy plates and cups and cutlery all needed washing before we could use them

Friendly, clean & spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay. Very convenient in location to where I needed to go. The staff are all very friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I have stayed here numerous times & enjoyed it.

Excellent value for money, quiet, clean, good beds, recently redecorated, good location, sunny.

Although on the highway the rooms are located behind the front office and are amazingly quiet. Also the entrance to the rooms there is only a front door, no windows, so no noise from guests parking cars. A full wall of windows faces north with a door opening onto a small area. Excellent kitchen, spotlessly clean, good beds. All for $100 a night.

There's a sign on the front door of the office saying...office unattended for 15 minutes, please call this number. we did, no response. Waited 10 minutes, just happened to notice a door bell, rang that and a young man came straight out from a room off the office. Sign still on the sliding door the next morning....with the office staff sitting inside. Please remove it

We had a great stay the kids loved it and the location was great

it was a good location the rooms were nice a tidy and it had a lot of space for the family and it’s right across the road from the lake and park

spacious room, comfortable bed. Good location. The lady who checked us in was friendly.

The pool is under “renovation” though looks like it’s been like that for quite some time as the wood panelling they’ve erected to hide the eyesore is faded. It’s gross to look at, and given our room location that was supposed to be water views (was actually a side view / partial water view) we stepped onto our balcony and looked right onto it. The room also had a foul smell, I believe coming from the plumbing P traps. They need a good flush.

the staff were helpful when we needed things, the room was comfortable and overall we were happy staying there for one n

there were enough beds so our kids didn’t need to share, and having the kitchenette was very useful

it was advertised to have a pool, however the pool was under construction. a little disappointing for my kids. Wifi was slow and dropped out a few times while watching tv

loved it!

Easy access. Free and accessible parking right outside my room. Safe area for a solo traveller. Very close to the lake. Walking distance to the beach. Clean room. comfortable bed. Microwave, bowls and cutlery available. Clean bathroom and toilet. TV is smart and connects for Netflix. Iron available in room. Peaceful place.

I will not be returning - too expensive and not up to standard

air-con efficient location

pool out of action from accident since March( not mentioned when I booked), wardrobe door did not close, fridge rocked everyone it was used, light came into room from adjoining unit( door was secured) , noise was also coming from adjoining room( western music from other clinic from 6 pm to 10 pm) parking was whenever but on return to unit there was one very large 4 wheel drive parked outside my room that restricted my entry to my unit- I had to move outdoor furniture for my special needs daughter to enter my room
