Lovely place to stay. Close to everything. Pet friendly which was a bonus as we took our puppy who loved every minute! Nice pool. Staff very friendly.

This was an overnight stay for us. We arrived after the reception normally closes but we appreciated that one of the staff waited around for us to provide our keys. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was just what we needed after a long day of driving.

As a pet friendly park there was no indication of any pets having previously in the room. The Yard, pool, carpark and surrounds were neat and tidy and well maintained.

Perfectly adequate motel for an overnight stop. Only problem was check-in. We arrived during the the 2pm to 5pm window specified to find reception closed. I phoned the telephone number specified on a notice on the window, but no reply and I had to leave a voicemail message. Someone phoned me back after about 30 minutes (complicated by being in Australia and I phoned from a UK number). They told me our room number and the key was under the mat! So all OK in the end.

I booked this at last minute as I was originally going to stay at a camp site but everything was booked out. I wasn’t expecting much as I could see it was a hotel / motel style of accomodation, however I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though from the outside it looked like an old hotel / motel, the rooms were renovated, the bathroom was modern and very spacious. The room itself was also spacious, it had a king size bed, couch a table and two chairs to sit at and a smart TV. The front door also had a electronic lock that was accessible via PIN code which I was given over the phone as the owner was not there at the time I arrived (I also arrived early thinking potentially I wouldn’t be able to access the room, but Rob was more than accommodating). I had my dog with me and they had a specific area at the back of the hotel which was grassed for the dogs to go to the toilet, they even provided doggie bags (even though I had my own) just in case. Overall it was excellent and I am definitely going to be staying there again. All of the sites were within a 5-20 drive and easily accessible by foot if you didn’t have a car! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was fine but apparently they allow pets. Unfotunately we had a bad experience - the guests next door arrived with 2 large dogs, they locked them in the motel room and then left, abandoning the dogs. The dogs barked and howled for the next one and a half hours until their owners returned. We were quite worried because of the distress of the dogs. And it totally destroyed the quiet evening we were looking forward to after a days driving. Also both the wifi networks provided were very weak and kept dropping out so weren't usable.

Clean and tidy motel. Older style motel room that is larger than some motel room rooms we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.Air conditioner was noisy when running, but we opened the windows and let the fresh air in. Value for money and we would stay there again.

Very friendly, excellent service by Cherie! Great place for a staycation!! I think you'll need to use the hotel Wi-Fi as the reception was great, the connection on my phone was patchy using my own data. I know this because I had 2 phones, 1 which used the hotel Wi-Fi

Made an online booking at 10:30pm and received confirmation. Arrived to check in and lazy receptionist didn't want to come downstairs to check us in. She told us to leave because apparently she was sleeping on her job. After informing her that we have a confirmed booking, she said a manager will call us and sort things out. We waited 30 minutes for the manager but received no calls. Absolute disgraceful customer service.

Remember to ask for wifi code when you check in as this wasn't offered. However wifi was useless - signal ranged from fair to poor. Telstra coverage was also poor. Room itself was good. Bed was comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. Also very quiet - no traffic noise. No milk in fridge. You have to get this from reception and "extra will incur additional cost".

I booked through Expedia, on the day of arrival I got a call from a staff member saying there were no credit card details in the booking and if I didn’t provide my room would be cancelled. I was driving at the time and advised I had not been asked to give payment details through the booking agent. He asked what time I was going to arrive, on saying 4pm I was told if I don’t arrive by this time the room was going to be cancelled.

We have been coming here for 3 years now around Christmas time, rooms are decent size, have no real complaints other than you can not get phone reception on the property, the only other downfall was tv channel sbs Vice had no picture “audio only” Everything else is really good and I’ll be back again around Christmas this year again
