Basic comfort, excellent location for walking around the city

Simple, clean apartment

It was quite hot, and there was not a lot of air-circulation, e.g. window in the bedroom was locked probably for security reasons, but ventilating the place was not easy.

Perfect little place in the heart of the city.

Very close to everything and with private parking.

We’re used to bigger beds for 2 people but it’s ok and an AC would be appreciated.

Wenn nicht gerade Hochsommer ist, top!

Die Lage ist super, der Parkplatz ist top, es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich sehr gut.

Es war sehr heiß in Graz und die große Außentür im Schlafzimmer, die etwas Abkühlung hätte bringen können, ließ sich leider nicht öffnen. Ledig das Fenster in der Küche, das von außen eine gute Einstiegsmöglichkeit bietet, ging auf.

Unkomplizierter Check in und freundliche Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und die komfortablen Betten/Matratzen. Alles hat bestens funktioniert und die Ausstattung einwandfrei. Gerne wieder mal!

The stay was great, communication awesome. Would have been better to be able to open the windows.

Very good location, easy access, good/smooth communication with staff!

Not easy to air-out the apartment on first floor, as one window is locked, not possible to create cross-air-ventillation..

Graz is worth a travel anyhow, accepting below circumstances will maximize your relaxation.

If you prefer boiling spaghetti in the electric kettle - you'll like this accommodation! If you enjoy doing star jumps to keep the bathroom light on - you'll like this accommodation! If you relish being televised while entering the house, moving to your flat - you'll like this accommodation! If you enjoy detecting the absence of a couch being shown in the confirmation mail - you'll like this accommodation!

"Appartment Graz Zentrum" is almost an apartment, promising to have a kitchen, but actually neither stovetops nor pots. Motion detector lighting in the bathroom is cumbersome and funny at the same time. Welcoming wheelchair users with a badge at the entrance but denying them to book this accomodation (see respective chat) is kind of disappointing.

- Really good quality/price - Facilities are really good. Everything you need is there. A really comfortable apartment. - Location close to the centre, but in a relatively peaceful street - The owner was really friendly and answered every question we had. Moreover she took interest on our comfort during the stay

- The light sensor of the bathroom needs a lot of time to turn off

Relaxing.

The host was really nice and helpful. The location is very practical, if you prefer to walk to the center. There are shops very close to the appartment. During the summer the appartment was cool, due to its location, which is very nice. The host also provided us with coffee cups for the coffee machine.

There is no stove, so you can't make your own food. There is a microwave though.

Excellent location in Graz, super friendly host !

Excellent location - Graz is not parking friendly city - the host helped gladly to provide parking at the back of the house. The host was super helpful and friendly.

The bed was a little too close to the walls.

No bed was not comfortable

The internet is bad The guests must consider the difference in their climate. The atmosphere was very cold and there is no heater other than one in the bathroom

Near center appartment

Nice and friendly appartment. Easy to get and to leave the keys. Equipped kitchen. 15 min walking to city center.

Appartment at the ground floor. Windows directly to road. Without extra bed blanket (room not so warm).
