The accommodation is set in a beautiful quiet spot. We stayed in the Lodge which was very large and with a well equipped kitchen. There’s outdoor seating overlooking the courtyard, which was a lovely sun spot after a days walking. The beds were very comfy, and were made up as singles as we requested. The extra touches of still and sparkling water in the rooms was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to provide an evening meal had we required it. (Not high season) We will definitely be back.
Nothing.

The relaxing surrounds and the people who own the property
Nothing was stated on booking .com that the restaurant on site is closed in winter months and alot of places in the nearest town said they were open but getting there to find they we're closed

Excellent set up. Room a decent size, nicely furnished, very clean. We were the only guests, but the cafe, courtyard and bar would be great when others were staying. Tammy super helpful, responsive, and great communications from booking to stay

The breakfast was pre-ordered the night before and was delivered to the room at a time we specified we would like it, it was well cooked and good quality.
The room was nicely decorated and modern and the bed was massive.
There was a lounge area with sofa, TV and fridge. The bathroom had a good shower.
WIFI was strong and a good connection as there is no mobile phone signal in this area, but if its an emergency you can use the phone in the owners farmhouse.
The only I personally didn't like, is the access to the property. It's a very narrow, single track lane.

Loved the friendliness of the owners. The buildings are unique and very child friendly. We took our 5year old twins and they loved being out and meetings other guests

Tam and Peter are the kindest, most attentive hosts you could wish for. Their decades of hard work and dedication have created a truly exceptional destination that is as welcoming and memorable as its achingly beautiful location. We couldn't recommend it enough to anyone who is looking for a slice of Snowdonian paradise!

What is not to like !
We booked here very last minute after a trip to Mallorca was cancelled due to COVID. Excellent communication from the start. The hosts could not be more accommodating. The location is simply stunning & the breakfast was spot on. COVID rules changed just a day before we arrived & whilst we were there - this was all dealt with swiftly & effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again - Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday
Nothing to improve

Everything else, it looked gorgeous, fantastic finish, brilliant hosts and an idyllic location, for the money and what it offers its right up there with one of my favourite places I've ever stayed
The bed was little hard, the pillows could have been softer but that's our personal preference

Amazing and huge modern farm house in the middle of the woods. 10 minute ride from Betes-y-Coed. Equipped with everything you can think of. Owners are lovely and helpful. Great stuff included for a full breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. Great Wi-fi in most of the house rooms.
Highly recommended!
*Bring your own soap for the washing machine.
