The location and attached restaurant are perfect.

Freshly renovated hotel with beautiful views, comfortable new beds, luscious sheets, fancy hi-tech showers and even electronic door locks and room controls.
But the best parts of staying at the Hotel Firenze in Fanano are the staff and food! Heba was a delight and made sure were well taken care of (and she makes a mighty fine coffee). Breakfast and Dinner were delicious — and some of the best food we had in Italy. We highly recommend this hotel.
can’t think of anything we didn’t like — except we wish we had more time there so we could eat more meals.

The warm welcome, the amazing staff always at the ready to assist. fantastic food and really clean, efficient facilities
Understaffed
5.0 / 10.0
The hotel had not fully reopened for the season - that's fine to not have the spa open but the whole hotel was in the dark. The furniture was all over the place and it looked very much closed and chaotic. We had no idea where breakfast was and there were no staff to ask. When they are open fully, I'm sure it'll be a nice place.

If you wanted and booked for a twin beds room, write it more explicitely in the special requests.

The upgraded room was really nice. Shower was lovely. The bar and the restaurant was excellent and the fireplaces kept you nice and warm. 1 min walk to Fanano and cimone skiing was 30mins driving. Good location. Really brilliant place and would recommend it
