Room was clean and comfortable. Spa bath was excellent. Only few rooms in this lodge which makes it more quiet and private. Owner was a lovely lady, who gave us a few tips what to visit in Margaret River area.

Beautiful place both inside and out, with a welcoming owner. Everything was excellent.
The only minor issue we had in an otherwise exceptional stay was the plug for the spa was lose so it constantly lost water and had to be refilled. Very minor inconvenience.

Doesn't seem to say it on the add but you have both a spa tub in your room AND a hot tub (outside)! Bonus.
Wifi wasn't great as it was a working holiday so if your there to relax would be fantastic!

The accommodation was beautifully located and spotlessly clean.
The owner was attentive and welcoming.
An earlier check in and later check out.

Bed was super comfortable and pillows great quality. Room size was very generous. Sabina out host was very friendly, accommodating and informative.
I was surprised that the light breakfast was not available until 830am - a little late for most travelers.

Super sized room, very comfortable bed, great bathroom
The only thing which could improve our stay according to my wife was higher speed internet. She couldn't download or upload, it took an eternity.

My stay at Pinda Lodge was fantastic. If you're looking for exceptionally comfortable accommodation, this is perfect. You will see kangaroos grazing quietly on the grounds, and fairy wrens hopping about in the grass. The accommodation has a library for you to relax in with loads of books, couches, and a fireplace. There's also a BBQ on the deck. It's so quiet and peaceful here. And it's located close to the centre of town and to all of the wineries on Caves Road. And the owner, Sabina, is really helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. All in all, it's terrific.

Bath was amazing with the lookout to the garden, nice and quiet and could hear the wildlife, staff was welcoming
Everything was great!!

Place is very nice and Sabrina welcomes you with open arms and the grounds are like post card amazing.
The internet was barely functional, and it seems they cannot get NBN as well so it's not really the fault of the property. But if you do rely on fast internet for remote working then you need to bring your own WIFI hotspot which even then will only be basic 3G speeds at best with Telstra. Hopefully they will have upgrade solutions soon.

nice bread and breakfast style house. friendly staff
passive aggressive policy about no makeup stains on towels was a bit weird

The room was lovely, very clean, beautiful view to the gardens. Lots of kangaroo's around and a lovely pond with koi fish out the front. The continental breakfast in the morning was lovely with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, muffins and juice. The bed was cosy and comfortable. Sabina was very friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and see in Margaret river, we went to Morries and the food was amazing, Sabina was kind enough to let us know to book in advance for a table as the restaurants are quite busy, great tip!.
The hot tub on the verandah for all guests to use was out of order, this was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I booked at the lodge. We decided that it was no big deal as we could use the spa bath in our room after returning from our dinner at the local restaurant only to find that we were not permitted to use the spa after 10pm due to noise restrictions.
Some noise can be heard in the hallway from other rooms which I didn't mind but was assured that inside the rooms is sound proof, just not the spa bath I guess?.
We only stayed one night so this was disappointing as I paid $269 for one night and couldn't use the facilities that come with the booking. Also I was asked for Debit card details which I know is normal practice for a bond but wasn't comfortable that it was handwritten down on the contract I had to sign with my CCV details included (my understanding from my bank is that the CCV number should not be necessary nor given).
Also the contract I had to sign was to state that I would pay for towels and linen if any makeup or dye stains were to be found on the linen, There was also 3 other reminder signs and notes about this in the room that were very prominent. I haven't encountered this before. I understand that this would be frustrating for the owners and understand about the hair dye however most accommodation services use a laundry service for the white sheets and towels and makeup is easily removed.
There was one dark grey flannel that I assume could be used for the face incase of makeup but the sheets, pillowcases and towels are white so its hard to prevent any marks transferring, I actually felt really worried when I showered and went to bed that any residual makeup would leave a mark so it I ended up feeling quite uncomfortable.
Thankfully I brought my own pillow so I would suggest this for anyone who does wear makeup and perhaps bring own towels and makeup remover pads with makeup remover although this never takes it all off.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful with rabbits , kangeroos, green parrots just at your backyard. The spa bath is the highlight of the room and our host Sabrina is very welcoming and helpful.
Sound proof needs to be improved as conversation of other guests is clearly audible . There should be 4G connection as well as it is needed to generate OTP for emergency use.

Most amazing experience, our host was extremely accommodating.
My partner suprised me with flowers for our anniversary, the courier wouldn't deliver on a Saturday so our host assisted went out of her way to collect them from the post office in town.
Great range of breakfast.
Close to town where there's great coffee shops and restaurants .
Very clean rooms and great amenities.
