Un lugar para relajarse cerca de todo

El personal súper amable y atentos para cualquier pregunta o sugerencia de lugares. Los desayunos muy buenos y los tés me encantaron al igual que los pasabocas ( excelente opción para tardear). Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel!

Los único que recomendaría pero sé que quizás sea un poco difícil es que en la habitación suite con vista al fondo del océano, si se pudiera limpiar el vidrio de vez en cuando sería genial. Sin embargo, no deja de quitarle belleza al lugar.

Fun Vibe and Nice Pool

The hotel is very centrally located in Bocas town. The pool is nice for the hot days. The restaurant has great food and drinks. It is just a few minutes from the airport.

Unfortunately all of Bocas Town and the island is undergoing road work and it was very dusty and hard to transit.

Quality hotel, perfect location

Excellent; could be the best in town. Location is perfect, next to the docks and great restaurants, including the hotel's own. I asked for and got a higher unit - two floors up - and spent much time on the balcony, watching the world go by. It was surprisingly quiet, and most nights I slept with the balcony doors open and A/C off. No mosquitoes either. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and there's a spa tub! I also liked that the maids would make up the room while I sipped coffee on the balcony. Two bikes are available for guests to rent at a competitive price.

Filling the tub takes quite a while; not much water pressure, no big deal. A microwave would be nice because the coffee maker turns itself off when finished, so your last cup might need a bit of re-heating.

Todo , maravilloso lugar Habitaciones amplias, y muy cómodas, algunas con vistas impresionantes al mar La piscina es un oasis en frente del mar Los desayunos los mas ricos que he probado , y ademas eran a la carta, no tenias un Buffet aburrido El servicio excepcional , amable , atento y te ayudaban a todo con una sonrisa Ubicación perfecta para ir a todos los sitios andando Por la noche cero ruido , insonorización muy buena Volveria de neuvo sin dudar

Si la habitación es triple , el sofa cama debería tener colchones a la altura del Hotel , porque las camas del Hotel son una maravilla, y el sofa cama es muy básico

Excelente, vuelvo pronto sin pensarlo

Todas las instalaciones y servicio del hotel excelente

No tiene que ver con el hotel pero igual le resta y le afecta, el mal estado de las calles de la isla falta de voluntad de la gestión gubernamental para arreglar estos temas en un sitio tan turístico.

Great stay overall

Great location, beautiful views, relaxed environment overall. Check in was smooth. All stores, restaurants are all walking distance. Important also that water taxis are close as well.

Restaurant was a bit underwhelming. We wanted to order breakfast at 11am or so, we couldnt order a specific dish but only the fixed brunch menu. In itself not an issue but it still included the same dishes as the breakfast menu and we were 'forced' to spend more money. The good news was that the brunch menu included unlimited drinks....

2 nights extended to 3 because we realized we were in the best place in town and if met all our needs, and more!

Location, pool & bar, breakfasts, staff helpfulness, vibe of it being “a special place without being overly expensive or snobby”.

Dirty bedding, windows and mold smell in the rooms, unfriendly and unresponsive personnel, lie about some of the services and accommodation type on their website and booking.com

Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Location absolutely fabulous and food lovely. Staff are incredibly friendly and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we ever come back. There are some rooms that have their own rooftop sun loungers and chairs which looked great (if the rain holds off). Coffee maker in the room and the is coffee replaced everyday

Decking area is quite small so only about 10 ish loungers and people not in the hotel can use them if they pay to eat. They do ‘event’ days open to the public so sometimes the pool area is really busy in the day/late afternoon. We had a great balcony which meant we could sit out on it even when it rained, unlike the ones with their own rooftop sun terrace, but the rooms with a patio on the ground floor especially at the back I wouldn’t want because they are not very private.

One of if not the nicest place in bocas

Didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on the food the pool is very nice and the drinks are good the beds are fabulous

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which is very nice the only issue is the water pressure in the shower is so bad you can barely rinse off and the sinks in the bathroom sometimes don’t have water at all

Hotel with great potential

Very clean and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing, and the kitchen was a bonus.

The shower had a lousy shower head, and the water was barely warm. The restaurant staff was so slow that it was painful. Breakfast can take upto an hour and then it was wrong.

Excellent pool and location. Loved the pool chairs.

The pool can be used by anyone who purchases something at the bar. Didn’t like having to share the few chairs with non guests
