If you want an "off-grid" place to stay this suits the purpose,
Located down a long road on the property where there are 5 cottages, well separated from each other.
Old style, spacious and reasonably well maintained.
Wood fired stove for heating in the winter that worked very well.
Conveniently situated to see all the local attractions.

The location was very private and check-in was smooth, no hassle. We were in cottage 1 and were surprised to see how spacious the lounge was. All facilities were there (although went through a lot of reviews for less kitchen utensils, am sure that is resolved now). We ran out of wood the next day but Sharni was kind enough to get us more. Twin falls is just a 10mins walk away and has breath taking views. Great activities for the kids, they enjoyed feeding goats (who were very friendly). Please take a vodafone sim if you need internet.
The only thing that could have been better is cleanliness. The sofa, rocking chair and other furniture needs cleaning. Apart from that all good.

A really lovely stay! Location is super quiet and really peaceful. The cottage is also relatively close (within 25min) to Bowral and Moss Vale which is convenient. A great winter getaway too as we could use the fireplace.
The only downsides were that the main sliding door didn't lock properly and the drive to the cottage (from the street) is a little bumpy.

Pretty grounds.
- Zero phone reception in and around the property.
- Cobwebs all over ceiling, mould in shower grout.
- Arrived in the rain at night, there was a gas stove but no matches so couldn’t make dinner- couldn’t call owners to ask for matches and it was raining so we could take our small baby out to find reception some kilometres away.
- Toilet bowl appeared to be leaking I.e. water in floor in front of toilet.
- I left my good pillow there, I messaged the hosts twice asking if they could send it back and I’d pay postage and I never heard back.

Location
Strong smoke smell in bedrooms; stained linen and furnishings; toilet seat not secured; oven not working (informed of this 30mins before check in); cutlery & tray soiled. Generally rundown.

we absolutely loved the location of the cottages and the serenity, beautiful bushland, birdlife. enjoyed the walk to the falls. also close to Mali Brae for the family wedding we were attending. easy drive to Kangaroo Valley. perfect for all our plans. There were lots of heaters for the colder months and the 2 bedroom cottage has an awesome outdoor fire area which we sadly didn’t get to use. The owners are absolutely lovely.
The only thing we didn’t like was that there were a few maintenance issues some we knew about just prior to stay (Eg some issues with stove and our sliding door difficult to close (what we didn’t know is that it wouldn’t lock). Kitchen equipment could do with an upgrade. However these are minor issues compared to the beauty of the location and still represented good value for money.

private bush setting and only a walk to the twin falls - plenty of wood provided for the slow combustion fireplace - self sufficient
the cabins are getting older and a few repairs are needed

lovely bush setting. Private and quiet. Cottage is clean and well equipped. Loved the fireplace.

Location would have been good in better weather
TV reception appalling partly due to weather. Cottage needed some minor maintenance for the price charged. Booking.com website said no prepayment required but full payment was required 30 days beforehand. We left a day early as weather and poor TV reception prevented an enjoyable stay.

The peace and serenity of the place, the location was close to fall & National Park , Bowral, Mossvale and Kangaroo Valley .The cottage itself was nice ,clean and a good size
Not being able to shower on the last morning due to no hot water and could not have a cup of tea as no electricity in kitchen .

Loved the position
Some maintenance issues in Cabin 2. Value for money was a bit disappointing

Cabins are well spaced between each other and the facilities (pool, tennis court & BBQ area) were great. The cabins are a short walk to the Fitzroy Falls & many other fire trails & hiking locations. The bush & water falls were very relaxing & we enjoyed our stay.
