Very relaxing

Great for family vacation, laundry balcony pool

Kids were not allowed to climb small tree in the garden, lots of rules by the pool, which we realized once Croatian families came that nobody followed except the siesta time one-lol

Great location and value for money

Great location, everything is within walking distance (Zlatni Rat is 2 km away, but there are beaches closer than this). Really loved the pool area and the nice view from the apartment. Josip and his family were really responsive and helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant, but I’ll wouldn’t recommend unless the interior got an update and payment was all done through booking.com

The outside of the building is stunning along with the pool. The owner is brilliant and very accommodating. It’s great having a washing machine.

The room was small and dark. The property needs an uplift to make it match the outside as it is very dated. The shower is tiny, with literally no space to wash yourself. To pay for your stay you need to do a bank transfer or set up Revolut and transfer money using the app, this was difficult to do.

Superb

Well by luck we saved the best till last. Best looking accommodation by far. Lovely pool and pleasant garden with great sea and mountain views. Jadranka and Josip are really friendly and helpful. Well appointed apartment and facilities. Good wi-fi coverage and above average speeds accessing the internet compared to other properties visited. The location is great with a supermarket and great restaurant only 150m away and just 5 minutes down the steep hill to the main town of Bol with all of its attractions. Very useful and informative welcome pack.

Glad to have found this hidden gem in Bol.

Lovely accommodation with amazing pool and stunning views. Very peaceful and the owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating - pro-actively reaching out (e.g., ahead of arrival sharing welcome brochure with tips and maps and links to recommended activities including discount offers) super responsive, going above and beyond in terms of customer service to an extent not even actual hotels manage to achieve at times.

Liked the pool and location was pretty close to town

No breakfast options (we went to bio mania), not the warmest welcome, room was a bit dated, you do need to climb a hill to the house

Exceptional

We had the apartment on the ground floor, next to the swimming pool and the apartment of the host, Josip. Main benefit: play time with the dog! Based on the Booking ad we did not know there also is a laundry machine in the apartment. Big bonus as we needed to squeeze in one more round of laundry during our holiday. Josip is a great host, very helpful and friendly.

Great host and nice apartment

Great friendly and communicative host, nice apartment (with laundry machine and terrace!) and amazing swimming pool.

Interior of the apartment could be a bit more modern, but wasn’t a problem at all. Villa is a bit up hill, but that’s logical for Brac. Perhaps for people that have trouble with going uphill, a bit too far but for fit people no problem!

Great place for a family break!

We spent a week in the apartment with the garden and pool access. The accommodation is great, equipped with everything a family needs and the garden is refreshing a beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Josip and his family are wonderful hosts and were there for any questions we had.

Superb

It was great stay in villa. Great pool. Nice terace where we ate our breakfast. City center is nearby, 20 minutes to the horn beach. Other beaches are also reachable in 15-20min. The hill back is a bit steep, but its a short walk so managable, even with 2 year old or with a stroller.

Next time I would take a larger room. For us the small one for four person family was a bit too tight. Some of the things in appartment could be updated.

We have spent a wonderful 5 days at the appartment. The view was amazing from the balcony. The owner, Josip was really helpful. We liked the beach, "Zlatni rat" a lot, it was beautiful. The appartment is a 10 for us. I can not think of anything that we did not like or enjoy. We sure will be back in the future. Thank you for the warm welcoming Josip! Super host; nice apartment.

There were many things that we liked: - Pool & Garden: Tastefully landscaped area. The pool area was made using high quality materials and had a shower also. The garden had a high-end finish which complemented the pool really well. - Apartment Facilities: Had everything we needed and more (oven, washing machine, wine fridge). The size of the kitchen area was one of the biggest we’ve encountered on our Croatia trip so far. The apartment also had 2 air conditioning units (kitchen and bedroom). The terrace which faced East had pool and sea views and was a good size with table and chairs. - Host (Josip): Very friendly guy who met us on arrival and gave us good recommendations for things to see and places to eat: pizza delivery place was delicious! He provided beers in the fridge which was a really nice welcome! He lives on-site and is easily contactable. He was proactive in spotting and sorting out a faulty terrace light. He’s a great credit to the tourism industry.

- The only thing we would constructively comment on would be the lighting in the kitchen: it gave off a very white light and oddly made the room seem dim (hard to explain!). If a more ‘natural’ bulb colour was used - like the main one in the bedroom - that would be perfect.
