APARTAMENTO PERFECTO EN ZONA ACOMODADA DE BRUSELAS

Apartamento mucho más grande de lo esperado en una barrio tranquilo cerca del centro, perfecto para 5 visitantes, 2 camas de matrimonio y una individual.

La limpieza de los utensilios de cocina y el horno no se podía utilizar ya que saltaba el diferencial.

I liked the apartment very much - location, cleanness, comfort.

Location, cleanness, comfort, grocery store nearby, everything interesting within walking distance. Check-in procedure was simple and straightforward. All was done via the Internet. When we had a question regarding hot water, the question was answered within 30 mins.

I asked for some information regarding check-in a few days prior to the arrival but my questions were not answered.

Large apartment near the heart of Brussels.

Gorgeous apartment, very large, perfect for a family of four. Decent location. 10 minute walk to main plaza.

Communication last minute. No basic supplies provided such as tea, dishwashing tablets/liquid, sponges etc. I would expect this for an apartment of this level. There were coffee pods but it felt like they were left by the previous tenants as there was an opened coffee pod pack left on the bench. Dirty tea towel and cutlery/ cup left in kitchen. Dishwasher dirty and clearly not serviced as dishes (that were left by a previous tenant in dishwasher) came out dirty after I put the dishwasher on. Hand towels provided as bath towels and they seemed old (but were clean). Main bedroom - the mattress cover was old and scratchy and seemed more like a mattress protector rather than cover. This made the bed feel dirty ( although sheets were tucked in so assumed they were washed). This is a beautiful apartment that is not cheap. Every other accommodation we stayed at provided basic supplies, an information folder (this was absent) and early and thorough communication. This could be 5 Star if the effort was put in.

Overall, wonderful stay.

excellent location. Apartment was clean and very lovely. Beds we’re comfortable.

Communication was lacking. Upon our arrival we had not received any check-in guidance, had to call and send message to host.

I wish we could stay few more nights

The apartment is very specious and equipment with all necessary facilities. A group of 5 people felt very comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas are modern and comfortable. The fact allowed us to enjoy family meals in the apartment.

The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The interior is clean and very spacious.

Good property but bad experience !!!

The house was very big, with 3 bedrooms. Very good location, in the city centre

THE HOST 2-3 days prior to arrival I texted the host the exact hours for check in and the answer we received was " It is all ok, we are waiting for you". The check in period was out of check in hours displayed on booking. In the day of arrival I received a text from the host saying that we need to pay 50 EUROS PER HOUR for every hour after 11:00 pm( the last normal hour for check in). So he asked for 100 euros because we were going to arrive at the property at 1:00 am. This extra fee wasn't mentioned anywhere on booking so when we arrived I kindly asked the host what was going on... eventually we paid the fee because we didn't have another option. The fee was cash and WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY INVOICE!!!! I tried to contact the host after the trip but he didn't give me anything. We are very disappointed with this and we think that this was all a scam thing. So please, if you are coming here be extra careful to arrive in the check in hours.

Lovely place

Lovely apartment. Very spacious modern and clean

It is in the center but around 13 min walk from the market square Grand Place .

Location, clean and modern

Beds were very hard. Advertisement advises 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom had sink and tub or shower but no toilet. Water closet was tiny and remote from both bedrooms. Not a good arrangement for two couples. The upstairs bedroom was large but ceiling was barely 6 ft in height. Living room sofas were ultra modern but impractical for seating. No wash facilities
