Great spot - whilst the weather is what it os this time of year, it's still refreshing and fresh. Close to everything and far enough away to feel some isolation. Great to take our dogs, they love it there and the hosts are amazing and look after you needs so well. 10/10 :)
Nothing at all ........

Great accommodation close to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. Amazing to find truly pet-friendly accom - my dog loved exploring the fenced yard. The cabin is simple, clean and tidy, exactly as is shown in the pics. It's a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. The milk, tea and breakfast supplies are a nice touch. Breathtaking 360 views around the property - the sunrises and sunsets were stunning.
A lamp or dimmable lighting option in the main living area would have been nice for evenings, as the overhead lighting is quite harsh.

Very quiet, excellent views. Animals in the paddocks. Cottage was airy and uncluttered.
Second bedroom was a bit small and no small table.

We stayed in a cottage with our sons and little dog. The weather was miserable but the views were still beautiful.

it was great to be able to take the dogs, although the fence needed a little attention as one of the dogs kept escaping.
Be careful if any family member uses cream that contains bleach. Their towels discolour and you will be changers for replacement.

Checkin was easy and straightforward with self checkin available. Sonya and her husband were lovely to deal with and Charlie the dog was super friendly.

We stayed in the cottage and were provided with breakfast items, which was wonderful! The view from the verandah is fantastic, especially the sunset. We made use of the washing machine. If you are planning on doing a load of washing, it's good to know the washing machine is in a little shed, which is beside the cottage, not actually in the cottage.
The place seemed a little run-down. It wasn't very clean, there were some dead bugs on the carpet around the double bed and the floors, in general, were dirty. Quite a bit of bugs, spiders and spider webs too. Bug spray was provided, so that helped. The double bed was extremely soft, which is not to my liking. If you are not a dog person, then this place is not for you, as it is used by people with animals, and there is evidence of dog hair around the place.

Great cottage well equipped and amazing views.

Fantastic central location out of town (between Tower Hill and Warrnambool). Great facilities and first mornings breakfast cereal supplied, and plenty of milk for our stay. Easy contactless check-in, plenty of parking and the Warrnambool-Port Fairy Rail Trail passes the front gate. Initially I had reservations about staying out of town, but it’s so close to Warrnambool and the views are so beautiful I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Nothing to complain about.

It was nice, perhaps some eggs included would be good too.
There were lots of poo on the grass area, so much so our little Maya just didnt want to venture out.
Just a good clean-up , is sufficient .

Easy to find and access after hours. The cottage was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Having complimentary continental breakfast makings was perfect for an early start. I would highly recommend. especially as a pet friendly option.
Hard to find fault.

This is our favourite pet-friendly go-to in the Warrnambool area. It is perfect for us and our toy poodle Polly and our home away from home. We love coming back, oh, and the views are amazing! Thanks so much, again, for having us.

It was perfect for a pet-friendly holiday. And even though the weather was cold, wet and windy, the cottage was warm, quiet, dry and comfortable.
There was nothing we disliked.

We didn’t really stay much at the property during the day, we where too busy site seeing. But we stayed in the budget cabin and it was perfect, had everything you need, just bring your own towels and bedding sheets, or you can hire from property. Would have loved to have spent more time on the property. Was clean and definitely well stocked with kitchen equipment. Felt like home.
Property is located not far out from Warrnambool so easy drive to go to supermarket and takeout shops.
