It is well located to travel from and only 10mins from Ashbourn. The romm was very clean and the bathroom had a bath with a shower over it. We ate in the bar as we had 2 dogs and the food was good. There was a good choice for breakfast and we both had the full english which again was good a nice touch was they brought the dogs a sausage each. they have a large beer garden and lawn which is great for the dogs. the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The really comfortable King Size bed. So clean .
Breakfast delicious. As was the food in Restaurant will certainly use again.
Cannot really think of anything. The only thing was would have preferred just shower instead as shower over bath. But not grumbling.

Gorgeous building and stunning room with a nice modern bathroom. I left a note on my booking letting them know we were staying there for our 5 year anniversary and we were surprised with a bottle of prosecco! Amazing.
Slightly cold but the switch from summer to autumn has been very sudden!

Good location and menu choice Bar staff were super friendly and helpful
Decor and furnishings are tired. Front of house staff were too busy or new and don’t know they way around Bed (mattress topper) was too soft and cooked breakfast was not the best

Online booking unfortunately put my children’s room in other building ,which was totally frustrating. However after contacting the lovely stuff via email They manage to sort this issue out for me and they offer me a beautiful loft apartment so I can stay with my children in same place and fully enjoy my holidays.
I love the views in the facility they have a beautiful massive garden where children can play and run around. place is a pet friendly so I do not need to leave my dog at my friends house next time.
The staff in the facility ware very friendly and helpful.
Plus the place was very short drive from Alton towers.Last but not least the is lovely play area for children…
I would definitely recommend it ….
Unfortunately there is no sidewalk to jus walk around and enjoy the beautiful view however this is up to the council so we should all blame them for that as we ask why is no sidewalk and the reply was that council is refusing it 🙁
Loud music and noise to late hours but not really bothered us to much
