Great Budget Stay for Backpackers/Solo travellers

I had a good stay for 8 nights. I was on a solo trip. It's value for money. All the basic amenities are there. They have great wifi also but the signal doesn't reach inside the room (ground floor). 4g also poor in this area of Anjuna. Take along some wifi extender or airtel/jio 4g dongle if you wish to stay for longer time.

Everything was great as per the price. Felt rooms interior could be brighter and lighting could be better. I stayed on ground floor room so i used to keep windows closed. But it's lively place if you sit in the lobby along with 2 dogs and 1 kitty.

Stole my stuff

One of the staff person stole my belongings... Have be very careful next time because of this.

The cheating, one of the member stole my belongings from the room now I don't know whether that was th person next to our room or the staff....

Location is very near to beach and accessible to all nearby good places. Having a scooty/car is must then you are sorted to roam around anywhere from here. Hosts and their dogs are ❤️

Basic toiletries should be provided. Atleast one water bottle can be kept in each room. Wifi inside the rooms was non existent, only available outside the room.

Location. In close proximity of Anjuna beach. You can walk to the beach easily provided you are used to walking 1-2km without a fuss.

When we reached staff was not available. We had to literally wait (while trying to reach the owner/manager on phone) for good 15 mins before we could reach the manager for allocation of room. We understand that it's a backpacker stay but we have been to multiple backpacker hostels/hotels previously and we honestly expected better experience. There was ants on bed, lights were broken, commode was broken and leaking water, beds were uncomfortable. Not recommended for someone who wants to experience a decent stay.

The place is very quite and peaceful. You feel connected to nature. The hotel is good as per the price and location. The service is good and friendly people.

The network is very poor near by this over all area. Mobile network or wifi both are as good as not available. Very difficult to work on laptop because of unstable and poor network.

Not satisfied with this property.

1. Mobile charging points were not working. 2. Next to our Room there was the kitchen so heard a lot of noise and bad smells coming through the window. 3. No reception, no ID proof verification. But they strictly follow the check-in and check out time
