Outstanding. Plan to book again.
Free breakfast, cooked to order. Villa was quiet, not too busy. Excursions were easy to schedule and they picked you up from the pier. You could book anything you needed from guest services.

Beautiful scenery, incredible service. We were extremely comfortable and would highly recommend.
The resort is small and intimate with incredibly friendly staff. The beach is stunning. The pool is small, but very very nice with a wonderful view of the sea. There is a long pier that you swing off and an artificial reef at the end, which actually had very nice fish to look at. The breakfast is satisfying and tasty, ordered from a menu. It was incredibly convenient to book a variety of tours directly through the resort for pick up on the dock. Beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place highly, and I’m pretty picky. We had a three bedroom, three bath villa. Two bedrooms on the first floor were queen beds with attached baths, all of which were very nice. The second floor is a huge king bed suite, also with a great bath. The villa has a kitchen and small living room, a balcony, and several TVs. The view was great: I think all units face the ocean.
The patio and bar area were slightly buggy so you needed to use insect repellent, but the resort did offer that and it worked well. Also, like elsewhere in I have been in Central America, I find the coffee to be extremely weak. If you’re an espresso addict, bring your Aeropress. Most restaurants were a 15 minute Golf cart drive away. The roads are not in great condition but we always felt safe and got used to doing this. It did mean that the resort was in a slightly quieter part of town which I liked. If you want to be closer to a large variety of shops and restaurants, definitely pick somewhere else. For us, however it was not an issue. The tours are expensive. Budget accordingly.

Very good
the breakfasts and lunches were very good and the service was great, everyone that worked there was awesome!
the roads were horrific, i had a fall at the beginning of the trip so riding in the golf cart was very bad for me. My sisters didn't care for the roads either, we truly hated the drive into town
