Our original accommodation was cancelled last minute due to Covid and luckily Sunset Holiday Villas was available! What a great find. Nice clean accommodation and awesome location. The view was gorgeous at sunset and sunrise. Watching the swans on the river was lovely. Checking in and out was so easy. Stairs to reach the unit. Parking at door. Highly recommend this lovely villa. We stayed in Unit 2.

The location is perfect with a view of the river and wild coast. A great place to stay when visiting the Tarkine Coast. The owner was very helpful and answered messages very quickly.

The apartment was one street away from a fantastic lookout and we enjoyed the view of the river and the ocean from the balcony. The location was great as a starting point for visiting other places along the northwest coast. The apartment was had everything we needed and while it didn't have wifi the mobile phone reception was very good.

Great location. Even though we stayed only 1 night I could see how well set up it was for self catering. Very clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find a hair dryer. Would recommend.

We bought food in Stanley and cooked for ourselves. The accommodation is of a high standard considering the remote location. The nearest restaurants would be the pub at Marrawah (20 km) or Corinna (110 km).

Flyscreens on back windows need cleaning. Otherwise clean. We were a group of 7 cyclists and needed a place to store our bikes undercover in case it rained (as it sometimes does at Arthur River). We were informed that there was no place. However, when we arrived we were able to put our bikes under the outdoor barbecue shelter, which was quite good. The gravel parking area could be improved, but it is of a par with houses in the area.

This was the nicest place we stayed on our trip. Super comfy excellent location. A short stroll down to Arthur beach revealed some hidden surprises.

The location was great overlooking the mouth of the Arthur River, a short walk to the boat for an Arthur River Cruise. A great location to check out some the wild beauty of the Tarkine Wilderness. The Sunset Holiday Villa, was very clean and tidy, plenty of space with everything you need for this location. There is very limited services in Arthur River, but bring you own essentials and get your busy walking boots on and enjoy this amazing place.
