….era l’unica disponibile!

La stanza! Ho prenotato una stanza Deluxe ed ho ricevuto una stanza per persone diversamente abili. Nulla in contrario ma almeno avvisate. Mia madre anziana per scendere dal water è scivolata! Nulla di grave….pero non sarebbe accaduto se la stanza fosse stata quella che avevamo richiesto!

Onesto, you get what you pay

Posizione "comoda" per la vicinanza alla SS75, ma proprio per questo le camere possono risultare rumorose in caso di molto traffico (al mattino per esempio). Se avete problemi a dormire con un po' di rumore di fondo, non lo consiglierei. Climatizzazione della stanza fantastica! Parcheggio gratuito davanti

Hotel piuttosto freddo a Febbraio, nella sala colazione si doveva stare con la giacca. Colazione con prodotti un po' economici e dotazione della camera da migliorare (matrimoniale fatta con due singoli affiancati che si aprono, piumino infeltrito che non tiene caldo)

Comodo ed accogliente per le mie necessità

Pesonale molto gentile,accogliente e disponibile , camera silenziosa (lontano da strade principali), camera piccola ma funzionale e comoda, buona pulizia, check in rapido e leggermente in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto

Bagno senza riscaldamento quindi freddo e umido ogni mattina e dopo ogni doccia

Consigliatissimo

L’albergo è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno sia di relax che di lavoro, vicino a tutto o comunque facilmente raggiungibile. Consiglio anche il ristorante. Grazie al personale gentile e accogliente ti sembra di essere a casa

Posizione strategica

La posizione è facile da raggiungere in auto ed è strategica per vedere la zona (10 minuti da Assisi). L'accoglienza molto disponibile e gentile. Comodissimo il parcheggio.

Il bagno con doccia molto scomodo. Sì deve tirare la tendina in plastica e se non si sta attenti, si allaga tutto.

Ottima posizione per la fiera, staff molto gentile, ma cambiate il materasso!

La posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare la fiera.

Il materasso...terribile, pieno di molle! La viconanza alla superstrada, il traffico si sentiva chiaramente.

A completely correct hotel in relation to the price. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. A solid breakfast, just enough to satisfy a variety of tastes

Overall was acceptable for 1 night.

The hotel is nice, you can get there by bus+ walking or by car. it’s not too far from the airport and the area is pretty. It was ok.

The bathroom was not very clean, and you could hear a lot of noise from outside. I kind of knew from the reviews but overall was ok for 1 night

A bit disappointing

The location was good for where I had to go during this stay. They also have a big car park and there was always a slot available. The staff is nice.

The room I’ve been given was small. I come quiet often here as my family lives close by. They used to give me the same room every time I came, but the last one they gave me wasn’t great. The furniture was old and broken and full of dust, the curtains were dirty and covered with sticky stuff. The bathroom was horrible! Dirty, old and full of mould. The mirror hang on with only one screw, some tiles were broken. The towels on the first day were dirty and had some brown stains, which I wish it was rust. The cleaners did not come every day, so sometime I had no fresh towels or shower gel sachets and use the soap bar.

Superb

Amazing value for money and within 10 minutes of Bastia Umbra and Assisi. Breakfast was good and we had the use of the coffee machine. Room was large and the shower was great.

Easy access from/to roads and nearby cities.

The ventilation/exhaust system needs cleaning. I believe this would make the bathroom/bedroom smell better.

Very good

The location is excellent, you can reach any village around in a few minutes and it is close to the motorway. The room was really nice, welcoming and comfortable. The staff is really nice, as well, especially the housekeeper on the floor.

This time the breakfast was not included in the reservation, compared to last year. The room was smelling sewage, maybe due to the closing down for the pandemic situation, but not a big problem for me.

Probably just bad lock

I think it was just bad luck, but the AC stopped working during the night and around 9:30 there was almist no running water despite being on the first floor.

The room was nice and clean and the bad conformable. When you close the window you are not bothered by the big road opposite the hotel

Night on the road

We spent one night at Hotel Santa Lucia. The price was lower compared to the places around, it was worth it for the price, good for a night on the way. It is quite close to Perugia, which allowed us to drive to the city for the evening.

The air conditioner was very loud, and not working very well, it took a lot of hours to cook down a bit the room, and it was noisy all the night. The room wasn’t very clean, the roof was dirty and the floor was not very clean. Worth it the price if you are not looking for a cozy night but just a place to stay on the way.

Great staff

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. The staff is super, they were very kind, smiley and always ready to help. The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the highway.

As 3 stars hotel manager in London I was expecting something more from the hotel. There were no facilities in the room, especially the DND sign, so the housekeeper was knocking all the days early in the morning to ask if she could clean the room until we said that there was no need. Anyway she has been polite at all the time and was doing her job. The bed was two zipped mattresses, so when I was laying in the middle they got separated; it was quite annoying. Breakfast was very simple and coffee machine was not working properly.
