overpriced place; the owner (Paolo) lied about the A/C; he should just refill it

Location was convenient. I read the comments/reviews from other people, can't share them much. Maybe they owner was tired or bored, but he lied about the A/C; he should just fix them.

The owner lied about the A/C. When I requested to check on it, he claimed it was cold outside; so the A/C would not work. Blunt lie, the A/C reading 25 degrees and I wanted 18-20 IN the room. This ruined my entire time there.

clean beautiful night stay😻

very typical and beautiful Italian house and family! 😉😍in the middle and front of nature.(w Paolo and Perla are very nice and welcome us with passion! thank you we walked from station of Bastia, around 15mins, and from here can easily take train to Assis/ Perugia the room is clean and full of sun ☀️ we paid for breakfast we ate very well and with joy! Thanks again

a wonderful stay and a lovely safe comfortable base

extremely clean - lovely spacious room - friendly helpful host so close to the airport and host collected us and took us back for a very reasonable price garden is pretty and a nice place to sit it’s really quiet and peaceful Assisi is really stunning and october was a great time to visit - uncrowded and sunny ! beautiful town and surrounding area

there wasn’t breakfast available when we went - we would have loved a kettle in the room if you don’t have a car you need to be prepared to pay around €20 for a taxi to Assisi - ( don’t bother trying to get a bus - they’re expensive and you need to change ) although our host kindly dropped us there one morning

Very good

Thank you for hosting us (a group of 7). The owners were lovely - polite, kind and helpful (collected all of us from the airport and helped us with taxis the next day). The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you need.

Excellent location would certainly stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Location was easy to find. Superb view of the surrounding countryside. Bed was extremely comfortable with clean bedding etc.

there were no soaps in the bath, the bed was really uncomfortable and mostly, even tough the description mentioned should be a table with food, it was not present

Location was good if you have a car as it was close to assisi and other villages and private parking was a plus. Very clean :)

Limited facilities in the room....no toiletries (only hand soap and not shower gel or shampoo); no fridge; no cups. No DO NOT DISTURB sign. Breakfast was served in the basement. For €5 per person it wasn't bad with a good choice of fresh homemade cakes, some cereal and yogurt, ham and cheese. Bread was a bit stale though. One of the owners stayed in the room for all the time we ate. Although we enjoyed talking to him it was a bit uncomfortable sometimes.
